Offriamo alloggi confortevoli sofisticati senza pretese. È un bagno con 2 camere da letto e 2 che ti toglierà il respiro. Il cottage, costruito alla fine del 1800, è stato completamente ristrutturato con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata. È in un quartiere tranquillo situato a pochi passi da tutto ciò che accade nel centro di Napa: ristoranti premiati, numerosi wine bar, il mercato pubblico Oxbow, il quartiere fieristico e spettacoli favolosi al Blue Note-Napa Valley Opera House e Uptown Theatre.

When I first read the listing, I thought it was a standalone house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. While it is indeed a house, the rental is actually the bottom floor of a 2-story home. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with the second bathroom located in what appears to be an addition to the main structure. Though you don’t have to go outside to access it, it was a bit unexpected in terms of layout.There is only one dining table that is limited — there’s a small table for two, with a pull-out extension that could accommodate a third person. That said, since we didn’t cook during our stay, it wasn’t a major issue for us.I rated the stay 4 stars overall. One key reason is that it wasn’t a standalone house. I was very grateful the upstairs unit wasn’t occupied during our visit. This meant we didn’t have to deal with potential noise above us or share the outdoor patio table, which is a shared space.On the plus side, the owner was extremely responsive, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time — the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were wonderful! The unit was also well-stocked with thoughtful amenities like multiple hair dryers, paper towels, spices, and other basics that made the stay more convenient.All in all, the four of us had a good time, but the space does feel better suited for two people rather than four. I’d happily stay here again for a girls’ trip, but it was a tight fit for two couples.

We had an amazing time in Napa celebrating birthdays! The home was perfect for us—centrally located, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive and available for any questions, which made our stay even smoother. We would definitely stay here again!

Our property manager was by far the most helpful in every aspect of our trip. She helped with winery recommendations and reservations as well as restaurant suggestions. The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. I highly recommend if you’re ever in need of a place e to stay in Napa!

Just as described. This is a cute, older property but has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to downtown Napa and a Walmart very close also. Owner was very easy to reach and helped with winery & restaurant recommendations. We had a great time!

The apartment is very clean. Not exactly downtown but .8 mile walk. (8 blocks not too far) I was very worried when the address was different than the address or location listed but don't worry, it is the same place! There will be an upstairs apartment with heavy footed residents running around on top of you ... not quiet but adequate. Napa is such a fun place. Enjoy!

The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the Napa Valley. Easy access to wineries, food, and entertainment. The host CC was responsive and very helpful with guiding us to places to visit. Even arranged a private wine tasting, which was in a beautiful area and had excellent wines.

Our competitive rental site canceled one week before our trip so we had to scramble to find another booking. Booked this one week out and our host was EXCEPTIONAL! Good location close to downtown Napa (15-20 min walk). Home is well stocked. Host recommendations and responsiveness were what made the experience great. It should be noted this property is on the bottom floor and there is a tenant upstairs that you could hear walking around.

The location was great for walking to Model Bakery, Fatted Calf and Gott's Roadside, plus easy access to 29 for our visits to Oakville, Yountville, etc. We had a fantastic four days. The place was perfect for two couple with all the needed amentities, and the host was amazing. She was flexible with our schedule and provided plenty of great ideas for our time in Napa and SanFrancisco. We highly recommend staying here and would defintely stay again when we return to Napa.

From detailed directions & check-procedure, this VRBO made our trip to Napa easy-peasy! The host contacted us in advance with an offer to help us coordinate the trip. The house was well-equipped, good parking off the street, quiet, and walking distance to both downtown & Starbucks. Especially enjoyed the porch/ outdoor areas!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is tucked back from the street so it is very quiet. There is a table for outside dining and a private backyard. The house is very well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, we easily prepared meals in it. The host was exceptionally responsive with suggestions on what to do in Napa. And the locations was perfect, very close to downtown Napa. We will definitely return!

We stayed for two nights to visit a few wineries with our daughter. The house was great. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with every pot or pan and utensil imaginable. Outdoor grill worked great. And we walked to the river and restaurant area one evening due to the convenience. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was great and recommendations on restaurants and wineries was very helpful too.
