La casa è stata ristrutturata a gennaio 2019 ed è stata aggiornata per offrire le comodità moderne di oggi, ed è stata ben fornita cucina attrezzata per fornire ai nostri ospiti in viaggio tutto ciò di cui avrebbero bisogno per renderla la base di partenza perfetta mentre esplorano tutto ciò che Wine Country ha offrire! Raccogli le uova fresche al mattino per colazione e immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare il paese del vino.

Godetevi l'essere isolati da ristoranti a 5 stelle, musica dal vivo, wine bar, negozi e gallerie. L'Oxbow Market è anche a pochi passi da Casita Rosa, così come il nuovo Napa River Trail sul lato est del fiume, diretto a sud, che ti porterà al nuovo Cinemark Movie Theater Complex, Velo Bike Rental, Forge Pizza, In-Shape Palestra e mercato contadino il sabato. Una breve passeggiata mattutina ti porterà ad ABC Bakery, uno dei locali preferiti, per caffè mattutino, deliziose quiche e prodotti da forno. Visited with my sibling and our spouses. Loved the aesthetic of the home, the hot tub, and walkability of the location. Wine tasting in the off-season was a great way to experience a chill Napa. The hosts gave clear instructions. Highly recommend!

This house was in bad shape. The owner was responsive, but during the afternoon it was as hot as 85 degrees in the dining room. The couches were terribly uncomfortable and dilapidated, the TV didn’t work (we figured that out), the patio furniture was old and I got a pick in my shirt, the cornhole boards were delaminating, and the list goes on. The kitchen was nice and updated, but no ice maker in the freezer. There were spider webs all over each window and door. This place was no where near the value of what we spent. I have pictures if interested. It was TERRIBLY UNKEMPT.

The day of our reservation 15 min prior to check in time they told us that they doubled booked and we wouldn’t be able to check in. We scrambled to find another spot but were going to check in the following day for the remaining two nights. Originally they had agreed to refund our entire stay due to the inconvenience. However, the following day 30 min prior to check in they said they would not refund our money. During discussions they then decided we couldn’t stay at all and cancelled our reservation!!! Owner was rude, property manager was rude. Horrible customer service, would not recommend booking here because they may cancel on you also!

Had a few friends stay at this cozy house in Napa. It worked out well. Was clean, open, modern and had all the amenities needed including hot tub. Worth the stay and pictures are very accurate. Would stay there again!

Home is beautiful. Didn’t receive check in codes. Called 2 times and sent email to owner/caretaker. Day of arrival received info as I was pulling into driveway. Asked for late check out just an hour or 2 was not approved.

Gorgeous finishes in the home & a great space to relax with friends. Comfortable beds & nice bathroom amenities. Kitchen was fantastic for cooking & the propane grill also worked well. We loved the large bar & dining area. Walkable to downtown & Oxbow Market. We did not use the hot tub but the backyard is very peaceful.

We had the best time in Napa! This home was beautiful, spacious, and well appointed in a lovely, quiet neighborhood proximal to everything in town we wanted to do. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend!

Great space for 2 couples to enjoy a weekend of wine tasting. The home was cosy, well appointed and beautifully decorated. It was an easy walk to downtown Napa and when we were not out, enjoyed playing bags and the hot tub.

The photos of this place made it seem much larger than it truly is. Though nice, it is not as nice as pictured. Biggest challenge was temperature. Though light and bright, the many windows and lack of carpeting make it hard to control temp. We were cold. For the price, owners could have done more. Arrived after 10 PM day 1, charged whole day, and no welcome amenity. Took advantage of festival and doubled the price plus VRBO surcharges.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay with a few exceptions. This is a great home to share with another couple (or friend) who want to be close to wine country and near downtown Napa. Positives: Eclectic neighborhood very close to downtown (walkable) and also easy access to Napa Valley, beautiful kitchen and dining room, beds (primary bedroom was big with its own primary bathroom) and the bedding was comfortable. Negatives: the backyard was fairly unkept (and it could be a really beautiful setting) and as a previous guest noted, the sofas in the living area were brutally uncomfortable and well passed their prime as well was some of the outside furniture. The front bedroom was on a somewhat busy street so it could be tough sleeping if you are a light sleeper. Would I stay there again? Probably not....but I would still recommend it to others for a short stay.

Casita Rosa was the perfect home base for my partner and another couple (all adults) for a long weekend in Wine Country! Spacious and well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor space, nice bedrooms (the master bed was especially comfortable) and large dining area. Within walking distance to the grocery store (Lucky's) and all that downtown Napa has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We visited with friends and came to the area for wine tastings. The house was very well furnished with all that we needed. Everything was thought of and provided that you would need for a great vacation. Location was great and weather was nice enough for us to walk downtown for dinner options. We also cooked a great steak dinner at the house one night and enjoyed the hot tub. We only had one small problem with the thermostat that kept going back to warmer temp than we preferred. We reached out and had a quick response through VRBO and it was fixed quickly! I asked a few questions before we arrived and the response time with a reply was always very fast. I would certainly recommend this house and stay again if we are in the area!!
