The Space:

Two private patios extend this ground-floor condo into the open air — one off the kitchen for morning coffee, another off the bedroom for quieter evening pours. This 1-bedroom Silverado retreat is your wine-country base for two, with a corner fireplace for cool valley nights, a California king for rest after the tasting rooms, and the community pool steps away for quiet weekday afternoon dips.



The open floor plan unfolds from a living room anchored by a corner fireplace, with sofa and armchair seating and a 42-inch flat-screen on the wall. The kitchen continues the flow with hardwood floors and granite counters in brown and gold, full-size appliances, and a breakfast bar lit by pendant lights. A round glass dining table seats four beside the door to the first private patio. The bedroom opens onto a second private patio for a quieter outdoor perch.



THE SILVERADO TRAIL

The Silverado Trail begins just outside the resort gates. Poe Wines is 0.2 miles down the road, Pahlmeyer 0.5, and Del Dotto's historic barrel-tasting caves are 0.7 miles away, with the Napa Valley Tasting Barn equally close. The on-site Silverado Market & Bakery (0.1 mi) covers coffee and pastries, and Cordeiro's Steakhouse (0.8 mi) is a short drive for an upscale dinner. Duckhorn and Frog's Leap are 10 minutes away; downtown Napa's 55 tasting rooms 15. This privately owned condo is managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests; excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away. Coin-operated laundry is shared near the community pool — this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer.

The whole condo is yours, with traditional carved-wood furniture in the bedrooms. Punch in the keypad code at the door; on-site parking holds two.

Your Silverado Trail location puts you at the gateway to Napa Valley's most celebrated wineries. Just 0.2 miles away, Poe Wines offers intimate tastings, while the legendary Del Dotto Historic Winery & Caves awaits 0.7 miles down the trail. Pahlmeyer Winery (0.5 mi) and Whetstone Wine Cellars (0.6 mi) are practically neighbors. The Napa Valley Tasting Barn (0.7 mi) showcases multiple producers under one roof. When hunger strikes, The Grill at Silverado Market & Bakery is just 0.1 miles away for coffee and fresh pastries. For a special dinner, Cordeiro's Steakhouse (0.8 mi) serves prime cuts in an elegant setting. Getting Around:

Napa is about an hour from San Francisco — a scenic drive across the East Bay and up into wine country. You'll have one designated parking space at the condo. A car makes the valley easy to explore — tasting rooms, restaurants, and vineyards are spread from Carneros up to Calistoga. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo stays naturally cool thanks to air conditioning — a real blessing during Napa's warm summer days when temperatures can reach the 90s.

• This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge.

• On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all.

• The Silverado golf courses are not available to condo guests — excellent courses open to the public, such as Chardonnay and Eagle Vines, are a short drive away.

• The main resort pool is also not available. The community pool near your condo is open year-round and included in your stay. It is heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day and unheated the rest of the year.

• The Silverado spa and fitness center are open to our guests for a fee set by the resort; please check with Silverado directly for current rates and policies, as they can change.

• The community pool near your condo is exclusively for condo guests.

• The smart lock makes late arrivals easy — no need to coordinate key pickup after a long day of wine tasting.
