The apartment is a few steps down a concrete path from the parking area, past a gazebo used for bar be queing. Well kept grounds include lawns, fields and wooded lush landscape. A sidewalk adjoins the gazebo and the private entry to the apartment. Through the entry door, 7 steps down to a 1,000 square foot area that include a large kitchen, with dishwasher, range, refrigerator and microwave. Built in island that seats 6 comfortable. Large living area with 2 comfy couchs with end tables and TV. Between the open kitchen/living area a door separates the bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. The furnished Bedroom has a modest closet, Ceiling fan and a mini split are installed for heat and air. The owners will come an go, mostly on weekends as needed. The accomodations are separated by a floor residing upstairs (bedrooms only).
This appartment is a perfect fit for a traveling working professional without pets. We are able to offer a short rental period as 30 days and the longest rental period is 90 days. It is possible to discuss options depending on needs after the initial rental period.
The property is 15 minutes from Fairfield and 30 minutes from Napa.
