Spend sunny days by the Silverado pool, or purchase a day pass to enjoy the world-class spa nearby.

UNIT 1

This ground-floor condo sleeps two.

Watch movies on the flat-screen TV by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. The gleaming kitchen has a full suite of appliances, and a dining table seats four.

Your bedroom boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

An additional patio off the living area is ideal for sipping morning coffee.

UNIT 2

This ground-floor studio sleeps two.

Your roomy sleeping area features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and breakfast table for two. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Fenced for peaceful privacy, the patio is ideal for sipping morning coffee.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Just steps from your door, the sparkling community pool is 4' deep and open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Uncovered parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.

While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.

Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.

Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
