Situato a nord-ovest di Napa, la proprietà è conveniente sia per Napa Valley e Sonoma vinicole. Si trova in soli 9 minuti dal centro di Napa e 9 minuti da Yountville. Entrambi offrono ristoranti vincitori di premi e negozi e visite turistiche. Visita nuova Riverfront di Napa o Oxbow Farmers Market per negozi, ristoranti o di intrattenimento. . Dopo una giornata di degustazione di vini, lo shopping o il tempo libero, immergersi nella vasca idromassaggio, intrattenere fuori sul ponte che si affaccia sui vigneti e rilassarsi e godersi 'la bella vita.'

Al Fresco pranzo a casa: con grandi mercati a pochi minuti e rimanere in griglia e cenare fuori ettari che si affaccia di vigneti. Perfetto tramonti e grande di intrattenimento, sono tutte caratteristiche, come vi piace la 'bella vita' della Napa Valley

9 of us stayed here for a wedding in Napa. The house was beautiful inside and out. The hot tub was used every day in the morning with the sunrise over the grapevines. The gardens are immaculate and the flowers stunning. We really enjoyed the bees in the lavender and the rosemary hedge is phenomenal. Thom, the owner and Julie, the manager were very responsive. Everyone, without exception, loved our stay there. We will definitely return to this property is it is still available.

The house is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and clean. The backyard area is truly special - a beautiful and serene spot for morning coffee and evening meals. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Our group had some last minute changes to our plan and the owner and property manager were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful well stocked house with friendly and attentive hosts. Bedrooms are cozy and there was plenty of room for our girls weekend with 6 ladies. The pictures don’t do it justice, the view from the backyard is gorgeous!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was fully-furnished and had a beautiful island-and enough cookware to make meals. Best of all the house had a wonderful backyard that overlooked a vineyard. The landscaping was impeccable. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was great. Huge island that we sat around and spent a lot of time playing games and eating. The backyard was beautiful and we saw the hot air ballons in the morning. Walking trails nearby were great. Location was great to get to wineries.We all agreed we would rent here again.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family (8 of us) The kitchen is where we spent most of our time, eating yummy food and looking out the wonderful windows about the kitchen sink. The back yard is spectacular and what we probably enjoyed the most while staying in the the house. The variety of trees and herbs in the backyard was incredible and my family and I loved watching the roses bloom. The hot tub was greatly and we even saw hot air balloons fly right over the house and hand in the park across the street. 10/10.

Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! Quiet and convenient location. The backyard and view are exquisite!! The property manager was very accessible and available to answer our questions. The only hiccup was that the hot tub had a leak and wouldn’t hold water. They were unable to get it fixed before we left, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy that feature of the house.

We had a party of 8 for my wife’s 50th Bday and the house was great. It slept everyone comfortably and both the kitchen and dining room were the perfect size for 8 people. The home was centrally located so it was very easy to get to Sonoma, Calistoga and everywhere in between. The home had lots of amenities and was very clean. Almost everything met or exceeded expectations, but I will offer two areas that should be noted. First there is no automated/virtual check in process, so we had to make sure we coordinated our exact arrival time with the property manager. She was very helpful so all good, but we would have preferred to be a little more flexible on when we arrived. Second, the family room really only fit 4 people so there was no place to put all 8 in one room to watch a show or movie. Not a huge deal since we were not in there much and the kitchen was close, but again, worth noting. the larger living room did not have a TV in it. In all, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

We went to Napa on a girls trip and had an amazing time staying at this beautiful and spacious home that was so conveniently located to all of the vineyards and local towns. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group of 9 people. Our most favorite part was using the hot tub in the evenings while we watched the stars, as well as seeing the hot air balloons in the mornings from our backyard! I highly recommend this home and will plan on going back myself soon. Thank you Julie for all of your help!

Four of us stayed here for part of my 50th birthday trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The weather was a bit too cold to spend much time outside at night, but we did use the hot tub a couple of times and it was great. The house had everything we needed, and we even had a private chef come in and cooked dinner for us one night

Wonderful property for a family reunion! Three couples and one small child had a great time lots of room to spread out and lots of spaces to get all in one place. Well stocked kitchen. Great bathrooms and bedrooms and superb setting overlooking a vineyard out Back! Julie, our prop mgr was helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended… thanks for the memories!!!

Love this house! We have rented it twice now. It works well to have our family meet up with rooms for everyone and lots of common space to hang out and visit. The hot tub unfortunately was leaking so that was not available, but it was also raining so we wouldn't have used it much anyway. The property manage and owner were very responsive to us when we let them know. Check in and out was easy and the place is nicely stocked!

Great home. Better than pictures show. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Very beautiful backyard with patio, hot tub and nicely landscaped. Master bed was not very comfortable and ready for an update, but rest of the beds were fine. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Garage better for one car, with enough driveway parking for two other cars.
