Vino Bello Studio 2 Double beds sleeps 4/kitchenette/free shuttle to Bottle Rock

This is a studio with two double beds. Vino Bello's luxurious units are designed with a romantic Tuscan theme. Its warm colors and rich fabrics bring out the essence of the Napa Valley. The fully equipped and custom designed kitchens feature an upscale appliance package and granite counters. Local Napa artisans' work is highlighted throughout the resort. All of the furniture has been custom made for Vino Bello, with hand carved wood treatment throughout the units. The studio unit features a kitchenette, a 27" LCD TV, and two double beds. All guests are subject to the Transient Occupancy Tax of $5.00 per day that will be collected at the resort. Free daily shuttle to and from downtown Napa and BOTTLE ROCK!

RENTAL PROCESS

Full payment due upon reservation and I'll give confirmation that date requested is available. Once the reservation dates and details have been agreed to, a Paypal invoice containing the rental terms will be emailed to you. As soon as your full payment has been received, the reservation will be placed in your name and confirmation emailed to you. Please purchase travel insurance as necessary.

OBLIGATIONS OF RENTER

You agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the resort during your stay. You agree to maintain the unit in the same condition as it is at the time of check-in, except for normal wear and tear. You agree to pay for all incidental charges imposed by the resort, including:

* Transient Occupancy Tax

* Telephone Charges

* Food, Beverage or any other Room Charges

* Other charges of the resort for services or the use of facilities

* Charges for damages, repairs, or replacement of furnishings missing from the room inventory after your occupancy of the room

* You agree to sign a credit card slip at check-in to guarantee payment for these charges
