Un altro condominio appena ristrutturato da Mary S.
Questo condominio di secondo piano è stato rinnovato e completato a fine dicembre 2018. La proprietà si trova sul lato ovest di Gulf Shore Blvd e si trova vicino al molo e alla spiaggia di Napoli.

Questo condominio di secondo piano (ha un ascensore comune) che è stato sventrato ed è nuovo dai chiodi. Questa unità offre tutti i pavimenti nuovi di zecca fuori, nuovi bagni, nuova cucina, nuovi armadi personalizzati e tutti i nuovi arredi e un arredamento a tema spiaggia per godere.

La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size, e la camera secondaria offre 2 letti singoli extra lunghi che possono essere convertiti in un letto king size pure.
Il soggiorno offre un divano letto queen di qualità per offrire più spazio per un comodo riposo notturno.

Questa è la seconda unità del proprietario nell'edificio che possiede, c'è un'altra unità al primo piano che ha avuto un discreto successo con gli ospiti.

We had a great stay. The listing was very accurate. Unit is cute and everybody in our group loved it. No surprises. We felt like the unit was exactly what we expected. 1 block from the beach and 1 block from excellent shopping and restaurants. This ends up being a quieter part of town which allowed it to be very relaxing. There are multiple units in the building but it was quiet at all hours. Outdoor pool was clean and warm and provided a good alternative to the beach.Communication was great with host. She reached out ahead and was able to anticipate most of our questions. Easy check in and check out. Instructions were clear. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

This condo is our favorite place to stay in Naples! The location is perfect—just one block from the beach and about the same distance to several great restaurants and stores. You really can’t beat the convenience.The condo is comfortable and well-kept, and the owner is very responsive to any questions and attentive in ensuring we had everything we needed, and that check-in went smoothly.Overall, it made for another wonderful trip. We always enjoy our time here and can’t wait to come back again!! Highly recommend!!

Wow, what a perfect find!

This was such a great property! It is in a perfect location close to shops and so close to the beach, not to mention the beautiful homes and landscaping all around in this quiet neighborhood. The pool was a relaxing place to land at the end of a fun and busy day. The condo had anything you need for a perfect day at the beach or just hanging at the pool. What a nice touch to leave a bottle of wine to enjoy upon arrival. Mary was so wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions or needs. I would 100% recommend staying here and I, myself, look forward to staying at this property or any property she owns or might own in the future. Thanks, Mary, for making our stay AMAZING!

Mary could not have been a more accommodating or kind host. The location of the condo was outstanding. It was clean, cute and quiet. April Visit with Friends

Stayed 3 nights to visit friends in Naples. Location was perfect. Quiet area, short walk to beach, convenient to many restaurants and shops. Condo was perfect, well maintained, beautifully decorated, well supplied with beach items, pool was nice as well. We loved it!

Amazing Naples Weekend!

Old Naples Gem April 2024

Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again!

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

Wonderful beach getaway!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Old friends in Old Naples

It's the best!!!

This was our second stay in this property. We tell everyone we chat with that it couldn't be more perfect. The owner was very responsive to our questions before booking. The decor is Floridian which sets you in vacation mode immediately. We love that we are able to walk everywhere. The newly renovated pool was an added surprise.
