This is an updated, modern 4 bedroom/3 bath home with dual master bedrooms in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It sleeps 10 people. It's centrally located and is only ten minutes from Naples Beach and 5th Ave South. It's 5 minutes from Tin City and Naples Bay. There is a large screened lanai for soaking up the sun and enjoying South Florida weather. Parking for four cars on site. The house is located in a deed restricted community of single family homes.
As you enter the front door, you walk into an open living space that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked.
There two master bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. They both have king sized beds. Bedroom three has full bunkbeds. Bedroom 4 has 1 queen bed. There is a third bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4. Outside Master bedroom 2, there is a dedicated workspace.
There are four French doors that lead to the lanai. There is a French door from each master bedroom, one from the dedicated work space, and one near the dining area. There is large covered space and a large uncovered lanai space. In the covered space, you'll find an outdoor dining area, grill, and refrigerator. In the uncovered space, we have set up a canopy with an outdoor seating area. The outdoor area has string lights all around it to create a nice ambience for evenings outside. If you exit the lanai, you'll find a putting green. We keep a few golf balls and putters available.
In the garage, you'll find the washer and dryer. You'll also find beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella. If you use the beach towels, we ask that you launder them yourselves, as there is not enough time between guests to launder them in addition to all the linens.
