This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled in the quaint community of Briarwood. Surrounded by attractive architecture and landscaping, this Florida home will have you reminiscent of days gone by.

This home has a magnificent interior that features brand new furniture throughout, high ceilings and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and serving utensils, and includes breakfast bar and separate dining area overlooking the spacious lanai and very private pool area.

The home has a king size bed in the master, A second King size bed in the guest room and the third bedroom is uniquely equipped with two Double beds Making this a perfect house for that golf trip or when your children just appreciate the larger beds. All bedrooms offer large screen TVs.

Easy Living

The house was very clean, in a great neighborhood and very livable with all the amenities and wonderful floor plan. Plenty of beach towels, dishes, silverware, towels and great coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, blender and iron. The only things we found we were lacking was serving dishes (casserole dishes, serving bowls etc.) and a couple more adult sized beach chairs. There were 3 adult sized available with three other smaller chairs that were more suited to a child and not very comfortable. Other than these extremely minor things, we give this rental 5 stars! We hope to be back!

A most relaxing vacation

Property is in excellent condition, so tastefully decorated, so thoughtfully prepared for guests. Ample pool, beach, bath towels, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, pool noodles for kids, even beach toys for kids. Loved the layout of the house with the pool in the middle. Pool was very well maintained (we did keep finding staples at the bottom of the pool probably left by other guests? ). Beds were super comfortable and ample storage everywhere for all our clothes and personal items. They had a very detailed binder with all property info listed... very well done! The location of the property was so close to the Pier, many beaches, tons of restaurants. Only point of improvement I can think of is the Check-Out process. We like to determine the check out process as soon as we check in so that we can perform all duties within a comfortable time frame. So we checked the binder on Day 1 and completed all listed tasks. However later I also received an email with additional tasks due for check out. This left us scrambling at the last minute since we had plans for our last day there. I wish i had checked my email or their app earlier, but vacation got in the way. Please synchronize the check out info between the binder at the property and the check out email, or, include the check out tasks in the welcome email. Regardless, this was our favorite Naples stay and we'll certainly be back next year, hopefully to the same property.

The house was very clean and had all the amenities for daily family dinners and entertainment. Having the TV outside near the pool was neat, too. We would love to come back. Thank you for having us

Nice place, but some definite disappointments

The house was nice and we enjoyed our 2-week stay, overall, but things were most definitely not up to snuff. We had a few issues, with appliances, etc, that were very disappointing. Apparently there had been a long-term renter in the house for 3 months--who left the morning of our arrival--and there had not been time for the agency to thoroughly check things over before our check-in at 9pm. The oven did not work, which we discovered as we were trying to do some baking on Christmas Eve. Pizzas, flatbreads, and dinner rolls were attempted--and ruined--so they mostly ended up in the garbage. The back-up plan was to use the outdoor grill to cook, but there was no gas in the tank and nowhere to get a tank on Christmas Eve. Supper for the 6 of us was then sandwiches. On Christmas Day, we had to do all of our cooking on the stovetop and in a crockpot. We got by and a new oven WAS delivered on December 29th, but it was already one week into our 2-week stay. The refrigerator worked fine, but it's built-in ice maker did not; the coffeemaker needed to be unplugged and reset every time a pot was brewed. Lack of lighting throughout the house and lanai and lots of burned out lightbulbs made for a dark, hotel room like atmosphere. Also, to use the TVs in the bedrooms required you to set-up/login to your own Hulu/Netflix/Prime accounts. We were able to get 1 of the 3 bedroom TVs to work properly during our stay. And then, the toilet that ran and ran and ran unless the handle was yanked up each time after flushing... No compensation was offered for our inconveniences or simply the cost of our Christmas Eve dinner that had to be thrown out. The rental agreement basically says, "Something wrong? Let us know." But also, "Oh well, too bad--we don't give any refunds." So, if you're considering a rental, just beware. Besides the rent, you may also end up with added costs and disappointments you'll just have to live with.

The house, the app, the mails, the owners, the neighborhood…all was so great than we couldn t stop relaxing and enjoying. The house and the kitchen has all what you need to enjoy indoors and outdoors and in great condition. A great choice and no doubt on recomend it! Thanks for make our first experience so great!

VACATION STAYCATION DESTINATION

We booked our tickets months ago...because of COVID, we went back and forth about actually going. In the end we decided we would and get a vacation home! I am so glad we did!!! Having the pool allowed us to rarely leave the property! We have family in Naples and this was plenty of space for family dinners!! It was near our families home, downtown and stores (although we only grocery shopped). It was peacefully perfect! I would 100000000x's pick this home!!

overall great with some quirks

The home is beautiful and my family really enjoyed the pool each day, however we did find it strange that for a full week booking, we had 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms with no replacements. I understand not having hand soap or hair products supplied by the home but would never have guessed TP would not be supplied. also, the home states guests should put the garbage out on garbage day (we had to ask the security guard what day that was), which is fine, but again, not spare trash bags in the home. overall our stay was great, but seems like the owners or the management company is scrimping in weird areas that would prevent us from giving 5 stars.

Simple and Very Relaxing

The house was everything you want a vacation rental to be and then more! We stayed at the house for a week and the furnishings made for a very comfortable stay. We didn’t have to worry about anything. They even had great beach chairs, umbrella, cooler (which we were very happy to see), and pool noodles (which we used at the beach and pool). The checkin was seamless and didn’t take long at all. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for walks.

Great property

We enjoyed our 10 day visit. The rental company was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any issues. A few more items for kids, toys, balls, scooters etc. would have made it a little more fun for the kiddos.
