Luogo perfetto per una breve vacanza romantica, un viaggio di famiglia o una vacanza da soli. 5 negozi di alimentari nel raggio di 3 km. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Super Walmart e 2 Publix. Molto vicino alla casa (meno di 2 miglia) ci sono negozi di mercato che offrono numerosi bar, ristoranti, negozi, film e molto altro ancora! Il quartiere in sé è molto sicuro, amichevole e accogliente. Non è su una strada principale, quindi il traffico è silenzioso. È un quartiere adatto agli animali domestici, quindi vedrai camminatori di animali domestici in un dato giorno. Biciclette disponibili per l'uso. Sei solo una breve corsa in spiaggia!

Assicurati di trovare il tempo per guardare il tramonto sulla spiaggia e dai un'occhiata a Food and Thought per cibi sani e snack! Anche la vecchia Napoli è assolutamente da vedere. I delfini di solito nuotano in spiaggia 1-2 ore prima del tramonto!

Mireille was very communicative and quick to answer any concerns. House was everything we needed and furnished nicely. Outside was a little messy but very understandable because of remodeling that was done and being done to back unit. Overall a good experience.

First of all we the owner was dishonest with us about the fenced in back yard. That’s the only reason we selected this property because we had our dog with us. We arrived and noticed on one side there were only posts. When I messaged her about this, it took her over 8 hours to respond saying this must have happened right before we got there from a storm that just happened. This was a direct lie as we spoke to the neighbor and he told us he tore the fence down 7 months ago because it was leaning and he has been attempting to contact the owner to discuss and was ignored on more than one occasion. Then our private little outdoor sitting area was in the driveway of unit B facing four trash cans. There was a car parked there the entire time and the trash and smelled and were disgusting. There was one window with the glass broken, the linoleum floors were gapped and coming up and dirty in between the cracks. The couch was barely big enough for my husband and I to sit on it and in NO WAY could sleep a 3rd person. The TV glitched and was VERY slow to respond and there was no TV in the bedroom meaning there was no comfortable space to lay or relax with my husband to watch a movie. Unit B in the back was BEAUTIFUL but not advertised as one whole home. Unit A reminds me of a very run down place with many problems that got a 50 dollar DIY makeover. We checked out a day early because of all these issues. The nicest thing was the location and the wonderful neighbors.

This unit was clean and neat. The host was responsive. We gave 3 stars because the AC needed repair on arrival. The bathroom fan was not working. The kitchen was not fully equipped. No baking pans for example. No large pan to make breakfast for two. Broken toaster. No grille, no lighter. Host did deliver some of these items. With a little more care so that we didn’t have to ask for items, we would give 4 stars.

The house was clean, as listed and close to beaches. Communication was excellent. Some neighbors have their extra stuff piled nearby, but we kept the shades drawn and enjoyed our stay. We felt safe walking our dog at night. Lovely stay overall.

Property was perfect for us and our dog. Back yard was private and so nice! We had a great view of fireworks on New Years Eve too! Mireille was a great host! She was very helpful and attentive to when we wanted to make changes. We would defiantly stay again!

It was clean and well equipped. However, it would be better if there was a full sized couch, a full sized dining table, and the shower was updated. New towels would also have been nice. Nice, quiet neighbors. Great air conditioning. Comfortable queen sized bed. Thank you!

This unit is in a nice area close to the beach, shops, and grocery stores. It has a comfortable bed, a newer kitchen, and is as clean as possible. This is a duplex. Nothing in the description indicated this would be a shared property. Many of the items in the unit (furniture, dishes, towels, bedding, etc.) are Goodwill quality from 20 years ago. The Unit A “patio” is 2 tiny metal chairs and table on a 4 foot-wide-strip of cement that abuts the driveway of the rear unit. The view includes a broken fence and garbage cans. This is the only option for outdoor seating unless you sit in the asphalt parking area in the front. The fenced-in yard on the opposite side of the building where a dog would supposedly play is about 10 feet wide and runs along the length of building. It contains 2 water heaters, 2 air conditioning units, a shed, satellite disc, and numerous abandoned rodent traps. The couch, which is the only seating in the living room, is small, uncomfortable, faded, and dirty. The washer and dryer are in the bathroom, and the walls around them have been primed white but were never painted to match the rest of the room. The drawer on the bathroom vanity is broken. The bathroom fan does not work. The garbage disposal does not work. There is 2 inches of standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. There is no dresser. There is a large closet with hangers but no shelves or drawers. The unit was not what we expected. We rented a different place and left two days early.

We had such a great time at this rental! It was nicely cleaned on arrival with comfortable furniture and everything we needed during our stay. Easy check-in and the host was very easy to communicate with as well. We loved the neighborhood and our dog loved the fenced-in area off to the side. It was a perfect stay for our needs; thank you!

This was great for our needs (we travel with 2 dogs). Pros: It was scrupulously clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens good. Loved the neighborhood and location - perfect for riding bikes, close to the beach, great for walking the dogs. The bikes and beach wagon were great perks and very appreciated. Cons: The house is no-frills; very functional and comfortable, but not fancy in any way. Kitchen utensils are adequate but minimal. We would have appreciated a toaster. There is only one couch and no other living room seating. Another chair or two would be helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.
