Everything about our stay was comfortable and convenient. Rebecca was quickly replied to any questions I had once we got settled in the condo. Beds were all very comfortable. Showers were good. Appreciated a couple extra garbage bags. Thankful for good working air conditioning as it was 90 the week we stayed.

Beautiful view, clean, spacious, has all you need in the kitchen, needs better pillows, one of the bedrooms has only beds nothing to place your things on, only two tinny soaps in bathrooms. Asked to change stay to one day less, responded with a yes but you had to scroll down down on the email and there they had increased my Dailey rate so now I had to pay the same total for 5 nights as 6. I didn’t notice until too late. I wish they would’ve said yes but your daily rate will increase.

Property location is great. The unit itself needs some TLC. Baseboards need to be painted. Ice Maker didn't seem to work properly. Bathroom drawer is loose. TV's were very difficult to operate but we finally did get them going. Beach chairs, etc in laundry room should be gone over and some maybe thrown out. Rusted and so much stuff, needs to get organized. Again great views and great location.

Beautiful location! Gorgeous views and easy access to the beach. I will echo some of the other comments by saying there were not a lot of cleaning supplies…2 dishwasher tabs, 1 extra garbage bag and no laundry detergent…we had to go out and buy those items. Otherwise it was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

This is a great condo right on the beach. Location is close to many restaurants and a little bit of shopping. Clean, spacious and very safe property. Had everything we needed to enjoy our days at the beach.

Beachfront Condo

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife and two adult children. The condo is situated nicely right on the beach. Check in was easy and friendly. Condo was clean. It was nice having a kitchen and being able to make some meals inside. We used the common area hot tub which was nice. There is also a small workout room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location!

This Condo is prettier than the pictures show! We had Four women for a girls trip and we all loved everything about the Condo. Plenty of seating area, beautiful views and the Sunsets are absolutely stunning! The beds were very comfortable as well. Having Sunset Grill on site was great! We hope to come back soon!Thanks for sharing your beautiful Condo.

5th floor end unit

We liked the feel of this unit. It was bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all we needed. The furniture was in good shape and the outdoor furniture was also in good shape. The only issue was that the buildings one of two elevators was out. That made for longer waits up and down from beach. Love that there is a restaurant on main level too.

Great Location - Quiet Condo

Overall our stay was fantastic, with the condo being exactly as advertised. Easy, short walk to the beach which was close to a public access but far enough from the large resorts to not be overcrowded. The condo layout was perfect for us, we had 3 adults and 2 kids, so the room setup was perfect. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and we loved having multiple meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Sunsets are amazing from this part of Marco,and there isn't a better view than from the condo's balcony.

Great condo

This unit is clean and well stocked. It has amazing views and is close to everything. We enjoyed our time here. Just don’t plan on sleeping in, the window treatments are very sheer. We could see the moon through the blinds!

Beautiful condo with view!

Our stay was wonderful with gorgeous sunsets and everything we needed. It was unfortunate the elevator went out multiple times so had to take five flights of stairs up to the condo. Other than that we loved it!

Great Location

We have stayed here before and love the location! It's right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. It was ideal for our family of 5. The one downside was that we couldn't get into our place when we arrive. We were hot and tired after a long flight and long drive from the airport. The instructions said that our room would be open, but it was locked. It took a long time to contact the owner in order to figure out how we could get in. The property management company on site would not let us in. This definitely dampened our day, but once we got in, it was lovely.
