  • Una bella casa tradizionale della Florida, luminosa e spaziosa, situata in un tranquillo vicolo cieco circondato da una splendida vegetazione a pochi passi dal Foxfire Golf & Country Club con il suo campo da golf a 27 buche, piscina, campi da tennis e vivace comunità sociale.

    La prima impressione quando si cammina nella nostra bella casa è quanto sia luminosa e spaziosa, con i suoi ampi spazi abitativi aperti con vista sulla piscina privata e sul giardino tropicale privato.

    Ci sono due salotti aperti: il primo che incorpora due divani e sedie, una spaziosa sala da pranzo formale con un tavolo da pranzo espandibile. La camera ha una vista mozzafiato e accesso diretto alla piscina privata protetta e al giardino tramite doppie porte scorrevoli in vetro.

    La camera familiare è spaziosa, luminosa e allegra con TV, DVD, radio e una biblioteca di libri, sempre con accesso diretto all'area della piscina e si affaccia sul grazioso giardino da due lati attraverso una grande vetrata e poi attraverso porte scorrevoli che conducono al area piscina.

    La deliziosa camera da letto principale, che si affaccia direttamente e si apre sull'area della piscina, ha un letto superking (trasformabile in due letti singoli), ampia cabina armadio e ampio bagno privato con vasca romana incassata, "lui e lei" unità di vanità separate e una spaziosa doccia con vetri schermati.

    La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio, cassettiera a specchio e si affaccia sul bellissimo giardino anteriore. Il bagno adiacente è dotato di doccia con vetro schermato e di un grande mobile lavabo.

    La terza camera ha 2 letti singoli e una cabina armadio. Il bagno adiacente ha una vasca e una doccia sopra la vasca e un mobile lavabo.

    Ogni camera da letto e il suo bagno si trovano in una parte diversa della casa rispetto alle altre camere da letto e bagni, quindi sembra che tu abbia la tua suite. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto.

    La cucina che collega entrambe le aree salotto e si affaccia anche sulla piscina e sul giardino è completamente attrezzata con un bar per la colazione con piani di lavoro in granito.

    C'è un ripostiglio separato con una lavatrice di grandi dimensioni e asciugatrice separata, lavandino e ferro da stiro. Ci sono molti rack per appendere i piatti nel ripostiglio e nel garage.

    La nostra nuova piscina riscaldata è esposta a sud, molto tranquilla, non trascurata da nessuna casa vicina e si affaccia sul nostro delizioso giardino lussureggiante. La sala da pranzo della piscina può ospitare fino a 8 persone e 4 sedie a sdraio e dispone di una cucina esterna e area bar recentemente rinnovate con lavandino e frigorifero.

    La nostra casa dispone di Internet WIFI ad alta velocità in tutta la casa.

    Il servizio piscina e giardino è disponibile settimanalmente. Servizio di pulizia disponibile su richiesta durante il soggiorno.

    Il nostro ampio garage dispone di ampie sedie a sdraio, galleggianti e racchette da tennis da utilizzare a piacere

Beautiful home

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. My grandkids and us enjoyed the pool. Great location close to beaches and downtown Naples. Our host was very informative with things to do in the area. Hopefully we will return to this home in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home was absolutely perfect for my wife and I, two children, and my mother in-law. This home was spotless and so warm and inviting. We have stayed at many VRBOs in Naples and this home was everyone’s favorite. It is tucked away, super quiet in a cul-de-sac. The community is gated, beautiful and super safe. There is golf just down the road and a 10 minute drive to the beaches and the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The house is spacious, has everything you could possibly need to cook out, the pool is perfect and the host could not have been any more nicer it accommodating. I don’t do this often but I would recommend this home for any family coming to Naples. This was as pleasurable an experience as we’ve ever had in VRBO.

Lovely house, great pool

Stayed early July 2024. No problems with instructions getting there, all planned and communicated with ease by owner. Lovely, clean house with no issues to note, pool in particular was not overlooked, was clean and maintained at a great temperature; the pool heating was great for late night dips - never felt cold. Being able to use the garage, along with a remote control for access was a really useful addition, we don’t normally get, for those intense downpours. Neighbourhood was quiet and absolutely no problems with noise or intrusions. The house location is easy for driving access to beaches, and access to the Publix across the road. Would certainly stay here again.

Excellent Stay in Naples

Just completed a stay at this property within the Fox Fire Golf Club community. The property had everything you would require. On a Cul-de-Sac with a spacious secluded back yard and a lovely pool that we enjoyed each and every day. All amenities were provided for and a few small issues we encountered when first arrived were immediately addressed. Owner is incredibly responsive. Close to every thing you want In the Naples area. We loved it and cant wait to reserve this property again. AAA+++

Perfect vacation house

My husband and I rented this house for 9 nights with our five kids and we had the absolute best time. The house was so comfortable, clean, and roomy The pool was perfection! The house is in a great location to stores, the beaches and the Everglades. I could not say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here. Thank you, Virginia, for sharing your home.

Spacious home, great pool area

We had a great time at this house. Very spacious, well laid out to allow for both communal time and privacy. The pool area was perfect for hanging out both day and night. Gorgeous and very private back yard with lots of foliage. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Master bedroom/bath/closet was giant! Queen bed room mattress was kind of saggy in the middle, not very comfortable. The decor was a bit dated but no big deal. Note: the description said there was an electric grill in the outside kitchen but there wasn’t. Only a charcoal grill. Not a big deal but we ended up not using it because it would take too long. Overall great stay!

Winter escape

What a warm and comforting home to escape to from the cold of Chicago. The pool was used daily and we utilized the golf at Foxfire for 10 rounds. Beautiful corse and such a friendly staff. We will definitely recommend this lovely home to our friends. Best regards, Roy & Peg

Highly Recommended

We had an excellent experience with our rental of Virginia's house. Virginia responded quickly to our questions both before and during our stay. The house worked out very well for our family which included four adults and children ages 3, 5 and 7. The Foxfire neighborhood is quiet and welcoming to walkers/joggers. If you're a golfer, the Foxfire golf course is challenging yet very enjoyable to play. And the staff is extremely helpful. We hope to stay at the house again in the future.

Relaxing family getaway

The property was very easy to access. Owners instructions regarding the home were straight forward and easy to understand. The home was as shown but felt even more open than pictured. We loved the pool and private yard. Short drive to Naples beaches. Grocery close. Favorite beaches were Delnor-Wiggins, tiger tail, south beach, Lowdermilk. We were thankful to have a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood to stay in :)

Beautiful home to rest and relax

We initially liked the photos which is why we chose this beautiful home - but the actual home felt much bigger and was just perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook lovely home meals. The kids loved the pool. Great neighbourhood to go for a jog. Short drive to 5th avenue where lots of the action was. Would highly recommend!

A FANTASTIC stay in Naples, Florida

I can't say enough about this wonderful property! The layout of the house itself flowed beautifully from room to room. The house is quite spacious and definitely felt like It was for designed for family and friends - a great place to entertain, relax, and enjoy family. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to put together delicious Florida seafood meals! The back of the home opens to a delightful pool area. The screened pool area as well as the back yard were quite private. We could not see neighbors in back of the house. The other "best part" of this VRBO rental was Virginia, the owner of the home. The instructions that she gave us were very complete. Virginia had all the details covered. She was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a question - truly a top notch person and host. This property receives our very highest recommendation.

Fantastic home with beautiful pool!!

We loved staying at this home for 2 weeks! It was perfect for our family. The best part for us was the brand new pool and the beautiful gardens. We spent a lot of time on the lanai: eating our meals, swimming, reading books, and just enjoying the spectacular view. The house is wonderful and with 3 bedrooms it was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. You can see the owners have done lots of renovations and upgrades. The kitchen has plenty of space and everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. The owner, Ginny, was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. The process was flawless. We will DEFINITELY stay here next year when we vacation in Naples! Do not hesitate to book this amazing property!

location is very good safe secluded and quiet and yet is only a few minutes from old Naples the property itself is well appointed and has everything you could require including a lovely pool. we have stayed there three times now and we would stay nowhere else.

A great get away from winter.

House met all expectations but required a car to access the many attractions of Naples. Nothing was in walking distance but it was a very pleasant area for walking, as exercise. Neighborhood was very peaceful and quite - sitting on the patio by the pool viewing the many beautiful flowers, lush plantings and watching and hearing the birds was a joy - particularly when thinking of the ongoing winter back North.
