Welcome to Villa Di Napoli, our family’s own slice of Naples and a vacation home we’re delighted to share with you. Tucked inside Briarwood, a private gated community in Naples, this spacious 4-bedroom retreat has been lovingly furnished and cared for as our own, and we hope you feel that from the moment you arrive.

The home feels open, bright, and inviting, with a spacious eat-in kitchen overlooking the family room, making it easy to cook, relax, and stay connected. A separate living and dining room offers another comfortable place to gather, share meals, or unwind with a book.

Large sliding doors throughout our home create an easy flow to the screened lanai, where Florida sunshine, pool days, and backyard BBQs all come together. The pool is truly the heart of the home and one of the first things you see when you walk through the front door. Fully screened and designed for relaxed outdoor living, it offers space to sun yourself, dine outdoors, or enjoy time with family and friends.

Sliding glass doors from both the living room and den open directly to the lanai, making indoor and outdoor living feel effortless. Whether you’re watching the kids swim, enjoying morning coffee outside, or heading to the backyard for cornhole, catch, or frisbee, this is the natural gathering spot of the home.

The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with both a breakfast bar and a bright eat-in nook set in an all-glass corner. It flows into the expansive family room, where comfortable seating and a large screen TV make it easy to cook, chat, and relax in one space. For quieter moments, the separate living and dining room offers a more intimate setting for meals or conversation away from the main living area.

Villa Di Napoli comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen Smart TV and generous closet and dresser space, making it ideal for longer stays. A pull-out couch in the living room provides space for 2 additional guests, bringing total capacity to 10.
Two master suites anchor the home, both with direct access to the pool deck. The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a spa-like ensuite with a large glass shower, dual sinks, and a soaker tub. The second master suite also offers its own private ensuite and direct pool access, adding comfort and privacy for multiple families or groups traveling together. Two additional bedrooms provide flexible space for kids, extended family, or extra guests.

Briarwood offers a quiet, gated setting with resort-style amenities and a location that puts you just minutes from 5th Avenue South, 3rd Street South, the marinas, and some of Naples’ best beaches. It’s also a wonderful home base for day trips to Fort Myers, Marco Island, and even Miami.

• We may consider hosting one dog under 30 lbs, please inquire first. A non-refundable $100 pet fee and signed Pet Addendum are required.
