Centrally located Beautiful First Floor 2/2 Condo w/ Garage minutes from Beach!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath First Floor carriage condo home with its own private garage is located in the highly desirable neighborhood of the Fairways at Emerald Green just a few minutes from the beach and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. It is surrounded by great shopping, dining and entertainment, yet nestled in a very quiet community. The condo itself has a private gated entrance with a small courtyard. It has a beautiful and bright open concept living area with a large TV. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need to feel at home. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, large TV, walk-in closet and a master bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a second bathroom with shower right next to it. Both bathrooms have safety bars in the shower/tub. There is a washer and dryer located inside. The Lanai overlooks the beautiful Quail Run gulf course. Although the golf course is privately owned, it is open to the public, so you may enjoy it.
There are tennis courts just a few short steps away (tennis racquets in our garage for your use.) You can also play pickleball.
The heated pool and hot tub are also located also just a few short steps away. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella are also available for your use.
There is also a beautiful tree-lined walkway which leads to nearby shopping and great for a morning or afternoon walk.
We are sure you will love staying here as much as we do!
Cleaning and disinfectant procedures are employed between every booking.

We really enjoyed staying at this conbo. My wife & I had great stay. Had all the stuff necessary for the beach. It was in the middle of Naples. 15min to everything.

Great Stay in Naples

What a great place to stay while in Naples. Spacious, clean, comfy king size bed, and lots of amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Elena was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

Relaxing get-away

The condo is clean, comfortably furnished and has a great view of the golf course. The kitchen is equipped with just the basics if you plan on cooking. The community is great for walking, jogging, and biking. There is a walking path all around and it also leads to the shopping area. Groceries and shopping are just a mile away. The owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Naples Condo

The condo was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the golf course and water. There were nearby sidewalks for walking, tennis/pickleball courts, a nice clubhouse, heated pool, and hot tub. It was a great location for shopping, restaurants, and 10 minutes to the beach. The owner communicated very well.

Our stay at Elena’s beautiful condo

We stayed at this wonderful home of Elena’s for 6 weeks. It is spotlessly clean, close to a very tidy communal swimming pool, close to a lovely beach with a nearby parking facility. Golf, tennis at hand. We had a small issue with the food sink waste which Elena promptly sorted out with a contractor within a day. Won’t hesitate to return when in this area again.

A Great Naples Getaway

Elena was a wonderful host. She was very communicative and responsive. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us as well as a welcoming note and information packet, which we found very helpful. Her condo was very clean and well decorated. It is stocked with all the essentials we needed and every little detail was taken care of. For example, we made good use of the kitchen and the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. We enjoyed relaxing in the lanai, having breakfast in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Also, the complex was nice, quiet, and peaceful, and we enjoyed going to the pool and jacuzzi -- they were just a minute walk away and the pool water was always warm and comfortable. We found the condo to be in a perfect location for our trip, and it is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Clam Pass beach park. Thank you, Elena: We very much enjoyed our first stay in Naples!

Great Stay

Visited 6 weeks Feb/Mar 2024. Very clean, well stocked including beach chairs, umbrellas, several ice coolers. Loved Pickleball and biking. Community very welcoming including pool cookout, happy hour, beach sunset gathering. Location is great. Already booked return trip.

Best place we've stayed in

Very nice place. Very clean. Even the lanai was very clean. We have stayed at many places that the lanai wasn't even usable. She responded very quickly when we had questions and provided extra amenities with a personal touch. I'm pretty sure this was the first place we stayed at that had a pizza pan and a pizza cutter!! The neighborhood was well kept and I felt safe to walk alone. We go to a medical conference in a warm place in the winter. We don't always go to the same city or state and never make a decision until the fall of the year, but we liked it so much that we tried to book it for next year already. Unfortunately, it was already booked for that week, so that says a lot about the place. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic property and owner

We stayed here for 5 weeks. The owner left us a perfect greeting (note and a bottle of wine) and everything was exceptionally clean. We had a few minor problems but the owner addressed them within minutes with a local person and followed up to be sure all was corrected. This was a great stay and we definitely will return. Sereneness in the middle of conveniences

Lovely first floor condo. Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, zoo, museums, etc. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Easy access guest and garage parking. Nice pool with hot tub and pool-house, tennis courts, nature views; amusing squirrel and duck antics in the late afternoon. Very responsive owner. Great time. Family loved it. Will return.
