You’ll enjoy relaxing in this charming village home located on a quiet side street within a few blocks of downtown Naples. Restaurants, shops, wineries, breweries, a distillery, village amenities, golf & hiking trails are all within a short walk. Explore the Finger Lakes from this central small village location & enjoy hiking, biking, boating, wine tasting and more. House has off-street parking for 2 cars, well-equipped kitchen & large screened in porch. You’ll have the entire home to yourself.
The space
Downstairs there is a cozy living room, dining room with seating for 6, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Many of the rooms include delightful hand painted murals. Off the living
room is a screened-in porch for relaxing with your morning coffee or after a day of exploring. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and toaster. You’ll find plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils to use during your stay. Make coffee or tea as you prefer. Choose to use the Keurig, hot pot, french press or drip coffee maker. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms including a queen, double, and twin bed along with a half bathroom.
