did not use any amenities, just the condo for 2 nights while out during the day. we knew this location is off the beaten path, and worked fine for us, others needing things to do may need to drive 20-30 minutes.

The owner was quick to respond to online messages. Cute condo with a comfy bed and really nice shower. Nice views overlooking the marina in a quiet area. Note that it is kind of far away from everything (30 minutes to Marco Island, 50 to Naples Central). The only let down was that there isnt a door seperating the bathroom from the main area which can become awkward and smelly, haha! Overall a good stay!

Thanks for a lovely stay. Clean and well equipped, pretty perfect. We ended up liking that it was 25ish minutes from Naples, because it was quiet and less trafficky. We enjoyed people watching at the marina. Ample parking.

Everglades trip

Overall we both liked the property, it was exactly as shown , shower was great full size fridge and ac worked well . The bed was very must have a very thick pillow top . I was worried I’d wake up with a back ache but I did not . It must have good firm support under the pillow top . Our only complaints were that we had been out all day exploring the Everglades and arrived at the place tired and hungry to find out the one restaurant was closed until maybe May. So we had to drive almost 25 min either way to Everglade city or Naples . The only other thing was they had a Kerig for coffee but no packets of sugar or creamer but we survived. Overall very nice clean place and good location to explore the Everglades.. Thanks for the nice stay

Great place!

Awesome place to stay. Near several great hiking trails in Big Cypress, Fakahatchee, and Ten Thousand Islands parks. Only 15 minutes from Everglades City and 25 from Marco Island. Excellent apartment. Listing says hot tub but there was none noted.

Lovely Space

This was a lovely space to stay. The bed was very comfortable. There is a full kitchen, and a view to the docks. The only issue is finding parking some times. I would definitely stay here again!

Small was plenty big

My needs required only a small one bdrm, one bath. That’s exactly what this property is - but it sure lives large. Beautifully - beautifully - redecorated with every square inch made useful. The must haves are there - comfortable bed, good shower, etc. But the bath is fabulous, the kitchen is well equipped, there’s a tv view from any angle, even a fireplace. And maybe best of all is the designer closet with rods and shelves and room to park your bags so you can enjoy the living space without clutter. Don’t count on the nearby hotel for great food or drink but the unit is perfect and the water view is a bonus so if the location works for you, come on in!

Little gem

This is a great little apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay. Don't be put off by the poky apartment block, once you are inside the unit it is first rate! The marina area makes for an interesting stroll and a wide variety of people. My husband and I arrived late in the evening and there was a mix up about the reservation. However, the owner was very helpful and made every effort to make it all work out. We are absolutely planning on coming back when next visiting our friends in the area. Highly recommended!

Lovely place

Place is exactly as the listing shows. Deb was great to communicate with! Very convenient having a washer and dryer in the studio. I enjoyed my stay, and everything was great. Lovely view of the Marina. Loved the waterfall shower. I would definitely book this again! Thanks Deb!

Lovely place

Property owner was kind and very easy to get in touch with! The place is a perfect weekend getaway or vacation stay, I’d hope to come back if I’m ever in the area again. Clean and tidy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked up with all the necessary tools, my partner was able to cook us a lovely dinner. We had a great time!
