Welcome to your Naples Park oasis! This charming full sized home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just steps away from the pristine beaches, vibrant Mercato shopping district, and delectable dining options.

Inside, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, a cozy sitting room, and two well-appointed bathrooms. The open-concept living area provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The home boasts brand new flooring throughout, enhancing both style and durability.  

Step outside to your private backyard paradise. The sparkling heated pool, complete with an oversized umbrella, plush lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining table, is the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the Florida sunshine.

We had a great stay at this location. There were four adults for the first 2 nites and 2 of us for the remainder. Great location; close to everything, including Vanderbilt Beach. The poolWas nice but a bit chilly 88 degrees (you cannot adjust) due to the unexpected cool weather. The house was clean & well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the home felt roomy. Even a family room that allowed our guest to watch a football game while the others visited in the living area. The Cons: entry doors were old and locks were in dire need of replacement. Water flow/pressure was poor in the kitchen sink. A few little things that needed to be updated. Overall, we liked it and would stay again if we return to the area.

Just perfect!!

This one had EVERYTHING we needed. -I really think this property management company has hosting down to a science. Kids LOVED it. We parents found everything we needed to be close at hand… I just love the homey/beachy/safe feeling of the Naples Park neighborhood but the convenience of having all the stores/shops/restaurants you could possibly need. 10 out of 10 for us.

Everything was fantastic. It was such a cute house. However, there was not a black key so no access to garage or bikes. Over all it was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Nice weekend getaway for family

We had a great time for two nights. We booked for the pool which was great. Lots of pool noodles and such outside that were not listed. The beds unfortunately are very uncomfortable. Especially the queen in the first room on the right. The twin beds seemed fine, but others were very old. Also bring some extra toilet paper ;-) It has lots of couches and TVs to hang out in.

Will recommend to friends coming to visit

Space was as advertised, Michael with a wonderful host, taking care of any issues we may have had, he was 100% on top of it. Would recommend this home to anyone looking in the Naples area. Pool was perfect with a grill and plenty of seating at the outside table, plenty of sheets and towels and home way very clean upon arrival. Thanks again for everything Mike.

GREAT!!!

The home is very comfortable and serves it's purpose very well. It was very clean and close to everything; 2 minutes from the beach, 5 mins to Publix, Walmart, restaurants, shops, etc. Mr. Dedio (the manager) was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mr. Dedio, we had a great time.

This is a little heaven on earth.
