This home is situated at the end of a quite cul-de-sac within the highly requested Briarwood community in Naples. The home can host up to 6 guests, featuring a king size bed in the master suite, a queen in each  of its two guest rooms and a private office area for those who have to slip in a little work while on holiday. 

The comfortable Living room suite with large leather furniture makes this room the perfect place to sit and unwind after a full day of fun in the sun.  Sit poolside on the screened lanai and enjoy the relaxing sound of the waterfall from the spa.

Visit the exclusive shops on Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South and the quaint shops of the Tin City MarketPlace. The Coastland Center Mall is just a few miles away. Bargain hunters will also enjoy shopping at the Miromar factory outlet mall.

Great stay

We stayed at this house for 13 nights and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and it is equipped with everything you need. Communication with Nicole was easy and helpful and she responded to our requests asap. We have stayed in Briarwood before and we love it because it takes 10 min to get everywhere (beaches, old Naples, shopping…). Overall we loved our stay and we would definitely book this house again

Decent Home / CNE = Horrible Representation

Incidents/facts from my 1 month stay: Kitchen is remodeled. Photos - outdated - couch is white (not black) - too many chairs in office. Maroon chair in spare bedroom prevents you to move around easily. Upon arrival, front door area was filthy & windows in living room are too & moldy looking. CNE was contacted. Front door area was cleaned. CNE said the windows are only cleaned once a year after hurricane season is over = embarrassing. Blinds were closed to hide the filth. Master bedroom light switches = abysmal - some are covered w/packing tape to keep guests from using them! 2 blind slats in master bedroom are broken & 1 sink in master bathroom doesn't work properly. Maintenance (poor attitude) arrived - said sink is that way since installed & did nothing to fix it! TV in living room is most difficult system to figure out. Directions are useless. You can definitely hear road traffic when sitting at the pool which you WILL need to fill it once a week or it will make a noise (pool guy is very nice). Clocks listed for each bedroom in the paperwork = FALSE. Worst part - someone came in the house May 30. I was in a back bedroom said "hello?" - no answer. I heard the door close & the person drove off. I informed CNE. I asked should file a police report. CNE said it was the cleaning lady. How am I to know when someone just walks in unannounced. This is a serious safety issue for renters. CNE took offense & refuse to rent to me in the future. CNE = incredibly rude & unprofessional!!

Great vacation in a beautiful home

We had together with our teenage daughter great 4 weeks in the beautiful house. There is everything available that is needed. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area. Even the proximity to Livingston Road we have not found disturbing. We hope to come back again soon.

Best stay in Naples by far

This property was the absolute best time I've ever had in Naples. House was fully equipped with everything you need. Pool is big enough for everyone and the spa was a wonder. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back down.

Nice Naples Property

Overall our stay was very nice. The positives: Great layout, very roomy fantastic location in a quiet nice neighborhood, wonderful lanai area and pool, Kim was great to work with. Negatives: Pool was constantly turning green (I think it needs a new pump circ was very poor)and we had issues with the pool and spa heat which had a lot to do with the filter clogging after pool guy would scrub the algae off the bottom and sides, Lacked a few things that were on the list of amenities or just needed to be added, could have been a little cleaner especially the lanai area. Could have used broom. Overall I would definitely rent on of the CNE houses and our stay was very pleasent and enjoyable.
