Lely Greenlinks Top Floor Golf View, Close to Downtown Naples AND Marco Island

This RARE 2 bedroom/2 bath second-floor condo with TWO King master suites is in Greenlinks at Lely Resort with great views of the Lely Flamingo golf course and driving range. Downtown Naples is 12 minutes, and Marco Island Beaches are just 20 minutes away.

**Book a full week between May 25th - October 15th with us and enjoy 3 free rounds of golf! Once you check-in we will have your name registered at the Sam Snead Clubhouse where you schedule your tee time. ($30.00 Clerk fee applies)**

The Sam Snead's clubhouse and grill area is so close, you can walk over for lunch or dinner! This unit is completely new with furnishings, bed and bath linens and a brand-new housewares package. The kitchen has granite counter tops, organized pantry, and stacked a newer washer and dryer. With two large walk in closets and golf course view from master bedroom to die for you should just stay for the whole month!

The master bath has a large walk-in tiled shower, dual vanities, and a garden tub. The guest bathroom has large walk-in tile shower. Guest bedroom has a door directly into guest bath so it can be locked off for a second master suite!

The Greenlinks community has great amenities with 2 tennis courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, beautiful resort style pool, spa, and pool clubhouse with a fitness center.

Comfortable clean and spacious

Very happy with unit. Wish that listing included that there was no beach towels or beach chairs. Would like keurig coffee maker. In general the unit was well furnished and comfortable.

Disappointed that the televisions in the bedrooms did not work. The problem was reported but never addressed. We have stayed at the Lely Resort many times and always enjoy our time there.

Checked in to a condo that had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Beds unmade, towels thrown all over bathrooms, dirty cups on coffee table, food in fridge, dirty dishes. Tried calling host through phone number given through VRBO and only got hold music and no one ever picked up. Sent messages that took forever to get a third party response telling me they were on the way to clean, then an hour later they said no cleaners could come until the next day and they only wanted to refund me the cleaning fee and expected us to stay in the filth. I was on the phone with VRBO for 2 hours, while spotty messaging back and forth with the third party. VRBO cannot refund your money FYI. I would never reserve this place or this host again.

Great Place to stay

Not the first time we've stayed there - it's great, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only negative thing I could say has nothing to do with the property or host, but we were originally booked with another host who cancelled on us AFTER we landed in Florida due to the previous tenant destroying the unit. Thankfully, Greenlinks took care of us. VRBO really needs to vet the renters better.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable

We had a great time! The unit was spotless, the pool and grounds are beautiful. Big, fluffy towels, loved the decor and linens. Spacious, nice view, strong A/C, big frig with ice. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Great Location

Stayed in Greenlinks for a surprise birthday party at friends in Lely. Perfect location to that and other friends in Marco Island. Pool was gorgeous and condo is literally next door to Sam Snead’s. This is a golf aficionado’s dream. Very quiet. Summer is a wonderful time to visit Florida.

Lely experience

The unit was beautiful. One of the cleanest and best maintained of all the units we’ve ever stayed in at Lely. Our golf group has been coming here for several years but this is the first time we rented our own units. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the course and their restaurant. I would highly recommend it.

Phenomenal Spot & Comfortable Property

Very nicely appointed 2nd floor condo with gorgeous view of the range / putting areas especially around sunrise and sunset. Very nicely up to date furnishings, kitchen accessories and comfortable layout. Only regret was not bringing my clubs as the view got my golf juices flowing (was on family vacation and didn’t think I’d want to/have time to play).

Great place and location

I've stayed here before and I would probably stay there again because it's so close to my mom's retirement home but I had a terrible time checking in. The code didn't work and they couldn't get in touch with the management company. Apparently, it is not one host - "Christian"who owns/runs the property. It is a management company. It wouldn't have been so bad but VRBO was insisting that I take a video of the combination not working and that I prove that I had paid the fees before they escalated the issue. Apparently when it's a management company --VRBO only sees that I paid VRBO's fees and not the "rent". I was having trouble finding the credit card statement. I said why would they have given the code to get in if I hadn't paid. It was 10:00pm and I was tired. After 2 hours, I finally got in and the rest of the stay was fine but I was very frustrated with the situation.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was great. We were supplied with all the everyday items we needed which was a huge convenience. The resort grounds were beautiful. Everything was comfortable. Location was close to everything, beaches, food, shopping. Checkin and out was very easy. We would love to stay here again.

Unsafe, Unhealthy, not up to code, fooled by listing

HI, I had my family and other visiting while our stay. We were surprised to find: A. Visible moving/.living ants around kitchen sink area and down the cabinet door. B. Master Bedroom TV would not get connected to correct input or provider. Unusable. C. Missing Smoke Alarm/Detector in Hallway D. Leaking Water underneath refrigerator- had to wipe up several times per day. Slipped on the water on the white tile with my flip flops. I am requesting full reimbursement of my rental fee and cleaning fee. Note 5 claims there was no report, well the report was given to your staff upon my arrival at my home in Illinois. The rental is not a hotel with some engineer on site to fix and bring things up to current safety expectations. I dont care if the items were fixed upon my list generated. That is a faulty rental agreement and no one should of been in that unit with all those issues happening. I rented the unit knowing I would have fully functioning toilets, no leaks in the unit, proper linens to use. I didnt pay for ants on the kitchen counters, but had them all over. I paid for a unit to be in compliance with Florida rental codes for all working smoke detectors in the unit, to which they weren't. Take all those issues away, and yes it would of been a great unit to rent again and come back to. But with what we had to experience, is just awful and never should of occured. I am demanding full reimbursement of my rental agreement and cleaning fee. Let me know when this will be processed

Great

The checkin was very easy, the Condo was as the pictures clean and tidy with everything you need for a holiday. The carpets in the living room have a few stains but the carpet is clean throughout and does not impact on your stay. Communication with the rental company was excellent, we had small problem and was dealt with amazingly quickly. The pool area was amazing, we had a fabulous holiday as always in Naples and the Condo was part of a great experience.
