In addition to a wonderful location, you are also granted access to entertaining on-site amenities, including 22 lakes (all navigable), a one-mile-long boating/rowing lake, a boat ramp, a dock, a heated outdoor pool, sand volleyball court, pickleball courts, a fitness center, Island Club, a firepit area, and a BBQ area with charcoal grills and the Latitudes Cafe and Tiki Hut for dining at the Island Club and poolside .

This home is bright, open, and perfectly designed for you all to have an unforgettable time. Discover an air-conditioned living room furnished in style with a comfortable sectional in front of a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you all entertained during your stay. The kitchen is adorned with quality-crafted custom-designed 42' cabinetry, solid surface counters, and all stainless steel appliances. Attached to the kitchen is a pantry with a washer/dryer. This Florida charmer also boasts a large screened lanai with seating where you can unwind and dine alfresco. One of the bedrooms features a working desk with a desk chair and a printer should anyone need to work remotely. Additional perks include a smart-home automation system where you can get full control of your home (lights, AC, TV, doors, etc.) by voice or straight from your smartphone.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental requires the completion of an application requiring sensitive information to be submitted directly to the HOA within three days of booking. Applications that are incomplete and/or not submitted on time will be denied by the HOA.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
