The maintenance staff on the property worked tirelessly to ensure the property and beach looked nice.
There was considerable effort that business/corporate events went well at the expense of paying guests. ”

“Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother...

“Main reason for this bad review is the fact that water pressure is nonexistent. How do you build a brand new hotel with zero water pressure. Expect to triple your shower time and come out feeling like you’re still covered in soap.
The pool: pool are is so small and the building blocks the sun from even touching the pool area. Very stupid design. The pool itself is small but I did love that its saltwater.
Anyway, pick one of the other 6 hotels in the area

“The chair and house staff were very nice. Front desk could have been more helpful. We had to go to the Chamber of Commerce for a map. We did not think the restaurant food was up to par. We thought this would have been more of a resort but it just seemed like a motel. Not really worth $400 plus a night. ”

“Our villa was clean, bed was comfortable and it had a nice back patio. We were in room 402 and unfortunately a male guest in 401 suffers from in treated sleep apnea. He began a loud vibratory snoring that only stopped when he stopped breathing (apnea). It was awful for us to attempt to relax and fall asleep. We eventually found some ear plugs (hate wearing) and ran a white noise on our phone all night in order to rest.😞
We loved our breakfast at the onsite restaurant, We highly recommend the...

“Great place to stay. Did a quick staycation here and enjoyed the food, and the pool. I think they should put some pads on the loungers under the cabanas though. Like they have upstairs on the 7th floor adult pool.
