Appartata camera al 2 ° piano completamente privata immersa in una riserva naturale.

La posizione è su un terreno agricolo di 5 acri. Tranquillamente immerso nel cuore della Picayune Strand State Forest, nella famosa zona di Napoli. Uno dei pochi pezzi di un rifugio tranquillo e selvaggio, rimasto nella zona. Operiamo al di fuori della rete, ma abbiamo un generatore ad uso limitato per l'elettricità! Con la semplice pressione di un pulsante, la stanza degli alberi è dotata di luci e un ventilatore! Abbiamo luci solari, installate ovunque. Offri un barbecue, fornello a gas propano Coleman. È un'esperienza come nessun altro! La camera si trova in un secondo edificio ad albero a due piani, che si affaccia su uno stagno privato e un lago turchese in lontananza. È una camera da letto privata, con accesso a un bagno spazio comune. C'è una doccia, 2 cammode di stallo e un doppio lavandino. C'è anche un salotto comune nel patio, circondato da fiori.
Vieni e goditi il silenzio, e torna alla natura, attraverso il tuo soggiorno con noi. Siamo situati a 25 minuti dal cuore di Napoli, dall'Isola Marco, dalle spiagge del Golfo circostanti e da molte altre riserve naturali: Santuario del cavatappi, Big Cypress, Fackahatchee ..... Porta le tue scarpe da passeggio, il binocolo e la fotocamera per catturare tutta la meravigliosa fauna selvatica direttamente dalla tua porta. Questa posizione non è per tutti, fare per i servizi limitati e posizione. Siamo situati nelle Everglades.

Disappointment

This place is basically a tiny rental on the property of a small business. It is noisy during the day. The biggest problem, though, is that at night, they allowed a local drunk to park his truck and trailer inside the gate, and he blocked the entire drive so that no one could come or go, fell asleep, and lost his car keys. Imagine our chagrin when the next morning, we had to be somewhere at a specific time and couldn't get out! After complaining to the owner later that day, we were assured that we would be able to get out of the gate the next morning to catch our flight, only to find it locked again, this time without the drunk. We made our flight. The place itself wasn't bad; in fact, it was nicely appointed if your expectation was that you were going camping. However, the property was noisy, dusty, and quite isolated. I would not recommend it.

Nice place but not as advertised

This is a nice property. However it is not the property it leads you to believe. There is NO potable water, NO constant electricity, NO private kitchen/bath facilities. This is a nice well equipped camp cabin, nothing more. The price does not reflect the amenities. $100 per night at best.

Unique and memorable stay

We had a great time at the treehouse. A unique stay, a unique property. Spending time watching the nature, the alligators, grilling and sitting by the fire pit. Totally recommend staying here. Amanda was excellent throughout .

My sister and I stayed here for two nights after a camping trip in the Everglades. So nice to have a lodging option outside of town, farm was lovely and caretakers were helpful! Would’ve loved to stay longer but will certainly return when in area!

Quiet spot outside of town. We felt like we were in a tree house.

We loved our stay!! This property is 20 minutes outside of Naples or Marco island so it might not be the correct choice for those wanting to be near the action. We spotted 7 alligators in the pond in front of our property. One nearly always stayed just off the end of the deck. This did not bother us at all. We like to watch them, the fish and the turtles that were easily seen. The bathroom is down the stairs and in another building. There were two toilets and they were covered by curtains rather than doors. The shower was the same. If you are super worried about your privacy, this may bother you. This is the only room on the property but there were a number of campers (tent and RV) also on the property and they had use of the bathroom facilities and cooking area. This did not seem to be a problem. Since the generator only runs for short periods, don't plan on charging your phone in your room. This property is unique, clean and quiet. We loved it!!

Idyllic and peaceful

Wonderful place to stay, and just as advertised. Loved sitting out on the balcony observing a variety of wildlife. It's is a great place to unplug for a few days. We were reluctant to leave.

Peaceful away from it all.

I loved this place and that it was off the beaten path and more secluded. The friendly chickens were fun, the bed very comfy, peaceful surroundings, and the owners were available at check in and during the stay if needed. This is a great place for anyone who prefers to be away from the crowd and loves nature!

Private, peaceful piece of nature

This was a great place to come back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. The pace was definitely slower out there and that is just what we needed. The very clean upper-level bedroom and balcony take in a view of an adjacent pond and garden as well as a beautiful nearby lake. We had use of an adjacent building that has a shower/bathroom, kitchen, patio, and grill. We stayed in one night, grilled and enjoyed a beautiful sunset dinner on the balcony. As described on the site, it is very remote but is a quick drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We preferred to pick up any amenities we needed on our way to the property and not make the trek back out. There is a locked, gated fence around the property so we felt very safe. It is a very relaxed setting with homey touches such as battery operated candles in the room, comfortable bed with clean sheets and an entertaining flock of chickens. We recommend this place without hesitation to anyone that loves nature. As described on the site, be sure you understand that it is not for everyone since it is off the grid. Amanda was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We had trouble with traffic and checked in late, which is more difficult as we had to learn how things worked in the dark, but she was gracious and worked things out with us.

Great, quiet, and secluded location. Close to Naples but away from the crowd.

Thanks to Amanda for the great hospitality! I definitely recomend this location for anybody who desires a natural surrounding environment but still wants to be close to Naples.

Beautiful property, we absolutely loved it. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Both Sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the deck. We especially loved the view of the pond and the lake on a neighboring property that we believe is part of the state forest. This is a bird lovers paradise, I barely set my binoculars down. Great place for star gazing as well. This property isn’t for everyone due to the restroom being down stairs and in the common building, but we didn’t mind. It does list that there is a canoe/kayak available, but that wasn’t accurate. Would definitely stay again. This is a rare gem!

Romantic for couples and a retreat for anyone! I’m telling all my friends !

Ideal getaway for one or two if you enjoy simple, peaceful, serene and off the grid but with kitchen and bath facilities. Some tent space for more people too. The light-filled airy bedroom is AMAZING and overlooks the pond. The chickens out back by the spacious kitchen and patio area and crows in trees next to the bedroom are your alarm clock so bring ear plugs! Crickets at night. A cool reservoir with lots of birds and crocodile down the road. Being on the edge of Picayune State Forest makes it an excellent location with lots more privacy than your average hotel. For closest beaches, Marco Island was much preferred over going into big and busy Naples. This is one special and unique place, but if you like hotel amenities and a desk clerk this may not be for you. Amanda the owner is very pleasant and responsive and has her small organic farm right there.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. As far as beautiful, it’s by for the best!

Great place. It’s away from everyone and very quiet. All you hear are nature sounds. I loved the pond with the turtle and fish.
