Benvenuti all'oasi di Oliver - Napoli! Questa proprietà si trova su un bel canale ampio 100 'sull'idilliaca isola di Capri con accesso diretto al Golfo del Messico. Avrai tutto ciò che Marco Island ha da offrire, ma senza traffico, rumore e folla! Ti sentirai rilassato in questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni, due dei quali sono KING BED Master Suites! Il concetto di open room Great Room presenta raffinati pavimenti italiani in marmo Botticino e le camere da letto, i legni duri marocchini di noce raschiati a mano. C'è una piscina privata e centro benessere con Cabana coperto con illuminazione fredda, un ventilatore e TV! All'interno della casa troverete un'altra area salotto, un enorme tavolo da pranzo, un camino lungo sei piedi (per le notti più fresche) e una cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici di fascia alta. Se preferisci cucinare, c'è ovviamente un barbecue e puoi cenare nell'incredibile Sky Deck che si affaccia su Tarpon Bay! Se si affitta una barca durante il soggiorno (consigliato) è possibile tenerlo nel molo privato coperto. Siete a due miglia da Marco Island e alcune splendide spiagge. Lots of issues to deal with. The heater for the pool / spa was broken and once fixed days later he would not heat overnight so the pool never got to temperature to swim in. Multiple electrical, tv and cable issues so you could only use the Cabana during the day as a sitting spot. Talked to use about a rebate but never sent one.

Amazing family vacation

Luxurious home in a quiet area. We took our kids and their two friends for spring break and the home was exactly as pictured. Slept us six very comfortably. Beautiful open concept with a great pool and lounging area. We enjoyed using the grill and all the amenities provided. Rented a pontoon boat which was very convenient leaving it right at the house. Close drive into Marco for shopping & restaurants but really enjoyed the quietness of Isle of Capri. Jeff was great to work with and responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend Oliver’s Oasis!

Great house

This is a wonderful house with a beautiful outdoor setting by the pool. We were grateful for an abundance of towels and the provided necessities to get us started. We also appreciated the information provided about the appliances and other features. Unfortunately the freezer portion of the refrigerator was waiting to be repaired which was a little inconvenient. Enjoyed our stay. Go to Island Gypsy restaurant and bar. A fun experience

Great home and great stay

Our group had a wonderful time at Oliver's Oasis. The location was great. Its a quick drive over to Marco's Island and we visited several great restaurants there. We also went Kayaking in the mangroves which was a 3 minute drive from the house. Lots to do in the area. Our favorite restaurant visit was the Island Gypsy which was a beautiful 15 minute walk from the house. The owner responded quickly when we had any questions or concerns.

Nice place

Everything was beautiful, however we rented the place for the hot tub and pool and neither were up to temperature for the whole stay as they were supposed to be at so the pool and hot tub could not be enjoyed for our stay. The beds were comfy however the bedding was terrible with stains and pillows were very hard. Other than that the stay was good

Great stay - quite neighborhood

Great little Island/community. We were able to spend a lot of time outdoors and on our boat, the owner was accommodating. There is lots of space inside; rooms are spread out, and nothing feels crowded. The pool area was nice, and the pool was warm. Great stay!

House itself was beautiful. The room with the king bed was very uncomfortable as it has a very thin mattress. Also there was no light on ceiling, just lamps. Air conditioning in bedrooms not cool enough as it was set to a certain degree by owner. The Queen bed was also very uncomfortable. Very thin mattress. Floor in main room has a drop to step down going out to pool area. We found this dangerous as a couple of us tripped. The outdoor area pool and hot tub were very nice, but no outdoor table with chairs for dining outside.

Oliver's Oasis

The home was spacious, and well furnished. The pool and hot tub, and the lanai area were lovely. The home has a boat slip, and we rented a boat for two days from a nearby marina, and kept it overnight at the house in the slip. The location is convenient to Marco Island, as well as Naples. There are a few very good restaurants right on Isle of Capri, within walking distance.

Great House!

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful and very clean house during January. Although the weather wasn’t as warm as we could have hoped for, the fireplace was a great feature and kept us toasty. The house had a great layout for adult families with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. The sliding glass doors that opened up all the way onto the lanai really showcased the outdoor space and dock. We really enjoyed how quiet the Isle of Capri was and didn’t mind the short drive across the bridge to Marco Island.

Beautiful home!

We stayed for a week over New Years with our two sons (14 and and 11). We had a lovely stay and Jeff was incredibly easy to work with. The home is well cared for and a beautiful location on the canal. We loved opening up the doors to the enclosed patio. An easy walk to restaurants on Isles of Capri. Thank you for opening your home to us! Just a couple of suggestions (otherwise a 5 star!): - pillows are pretty worn out and extras not offered (we went to Walmart and bought a couple) - mattress in the pool king room is pretty worn - sheets and pads would continually fall off - the stairs up to the dock patio seem close to rotted out and soft - made me nervous so we didn’t use as much as I’d hoped Overall a great home!

Absolute Paradise

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We stayed with our family of 5. Two adults, 14, 11 and 8 year old. The house was clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The location is amazing. We rented a boat for the week and had a blast. Lots of dolphins, shells and gorgeous sunsets. Nice to be on Isles of Capri. Not busy like Marco Island and Naples. But still close to nice restaurants. We will definitely book here again.

Osais on Isles of Capri

House is in great condition. Excellent open layout with 2 masters, one on each side of the house. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the really nice cabana by the pool. Great view of the pool and the canal from the living room and kitchen through the glass wall across the back. Pool is extra-large. Spa was very nice and heats up in about 30-45 min. 2 Bikes were available and in great condition. Location on Isles of Capri is very convenient and quiet. Several good restaurants on the island. Boat rentals and kayaking right down the street. Just a quick ride over the bridge to Marco. Check in was easy and Jeff, the owner was very responsive with any issues or questions we had. Love the house and location and would definitely stay here again.

Great House

Very clean. As advertised. Great communication with host. Lots of instructions provided. Only small issues were no TVs in bedrooms and not enough seating in the living room. We docked a boat at the house for the week and if you’re not familiar with the water in the Marco Island area it can be challenging learning the tides as a lot of places are inaccessible with low tide.

Peaceful Paradise

We had a wonderful week at Oliver’s Oasis. The backyard is so peaceful. The home is very comfortable and every detail thought of. You will not be disappointed! Renting a boat from the marina and going to the beach on Keewaydin Island was a lot of fun. Love the Marco Island and Naples area, but really enjoyed being away from it all on Isle of Capri.

Fabulous property!

We stayed here with close friends during the week of Christmas and could not have been happier with the space. Jeff was a fantastic host, providing specific instructions to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and whenever we did have any questions or issues was extremely responsive. We cannot thank him enough for making our Christmas break truly memorable. The house has a great layout for families or two couples traveling together. The lanai is perfect for lazy days by the pool or taking dips in the evening in the hot tub. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we would have liked during this trip considering the abnormal temperatures in Naples caused by the winter storm that blasted the country, but it was still wonderful to sit and relax by the water even if we couldn’t take a dip as we had hoped. Jeff tried everything to get the pool temperature up (without our request - talk about hospitality!) but it was difficult given the cool temperatures. The home was very clean and really has everything one could ask for or need. It is conveniently located just outside of Marco Island making it easy to get to the island or into Naples. Overall, 10 out of 10. Would definitely return! Thanks, Jeff!
