1st-floor DELUXE end unit with a relaxing picturesque view of the lake and lush tropical landscaped oasis within the beautiful Park Shore Resort. The deluxe floor plan affords the most spacious option at Park Shore Resort allowing for the utmost privacy and the option to house up to 6 guests. Heated Pool & Spa, covered picnic area BBQ grills, Tennis, Pickleball courts & exercise room. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, first-floor unit. Comes equipped with a washer and dryer located within the unit.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location West of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples

2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

Our host was amazing to work with based on our arrival time. The condo was very clean and Park Shore in general is amazing. We met some very nice people. We also went to Clam Pass and Sea Gate beaches for the first time.

Location and ponds

We booked this on short notice so glad it was available. I like the way it is set up with the beautiful ponds and gardens and each unit having access to it. Very nicely remodeled and decorated. Love the master bathroom. Clean and just the right size for 3 to 4 people. Thank you so much.

Relax and enjoy the Beauty Around You

The condo had everything as advertised and was very comfortable and clean. The new screened porch was lovely and even though we were close to construction it was never noisy or bothersome. The home provided a very pleasant retreat and I would rent it again.

Never Going Back to a Hotel

From the location to the amenities to the condo itself everything was relaxing and peaceful. This condo was set up in a nice resort style complex. We enjoyed the size of our place and found it to be homey and clean. We encountered one thing we wanted adjusted and the host was very responsive and took care of it right away. This spot felt like a home away from home.
