Goditi la tua vacanza in questa casa con piscina recentemente decorata sul campo da golf Flamingo Island a Lely Resort. Durante i mesi invernali, quando è quasi impossibile trovare un affitto a breve termine a Napoli, questa casa è disponibile da Sabato a Sabato per 1 o 2 settimane al massimo.

La piscina e il patio si affacciano a sud-est. Ti concede il bel sole mattutino, ma nel tardo pomeriggio, avrai un posto ombreggiato per barbecue sul grill a gas e mangiare sul patio. Per il vostro divertimento, abbiamo anche una vasca idromassaggio e un frigo per il vino. Non c'è bisogno di schiacciare le mosche, la piscina e la lanai sono schermate.

La cucina rinnovata di recente è perfetta per pasti gourmet, da asporto o bevande miste da gustare al chiuso o all'aperto. Rilassati nel patio coperto mentre guardi i bambini in piscina o i colpi buoni e cattivi dei golfisti.

Intrattenere gli ospiti nel soggiorno a soffitto della cattedrale con 8 posti a sedere. Guarda la partita sul televisore del soggiorno o dividi con alcuni guardando la TV nella camera da letto / terza camera da letto.

La sala da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone al tavolo con sgabelli da bar aggiuntivi nel bar per la colazione. Sia il soggiorno che la sala da pranzo si affacciano sulla piscina, sulla vasca idromassaggio e sul campo da golf.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size regolabile individualmente, una TV, accesso alla piscina e al patio e un bagno padronale appena ristrutturato.

La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e condivide un bellissimo bagno nuovo con la camera da letto den / 3rd che ha due letti estraibili. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV.

Una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, stendibiancheria, ferro e asse da stiro e un garage per 2 auto completano questa proprietà. Per il tuo piacere, abbiamo 2 biciclette, un ombrellone e sedie a sdraio nel garage. Renditi a casa e goditi questa gemma.

Villa was excellent, very homely, well equipped.Pool area could be doing with a wash done, furniture painted and pool toys cleaned.Property manager was very good to deal with. Would stay there again.

Another wonderful stay at Falcon's Glen

We enjoy coming to this property and it always is so nice as this is now our 4th time. The neighborhood is wonderful and the house right on the golf course with pool and hot tub is so relaxing. Thanks again for a great stay

A Week in Lely!

Have stayed at this home in the past. GREAT Home. But I must add I had a minor issue with pool/Tv. I contacted the caretaker for the house who lives a very short distance away. His name is Peter and went above and beyond to help me figure out the minor issues. It was Great knowing he was close by to assist with any issues.

Wonderful vacation time in Naples

My family did not want to leave at the end of our 2 week stay. Home was perfect, clean well decorated. Property manager was outstanding on a Sunday when we had a small issue with the pool filter. We would definitely return for another stay. We highly recommend this property. The Naples, Marco area is always a joy to visit.

Simply the best

Of all of the property rentals I've stayed in, this was by far the best (and my entire family agrees). The house was beautiful and well appointed - it didn't feel like a short term rental - it felt like home. It was absolutely spotless. The pool was well maintained and my children adored it. Communication with Katy as well as the local manager Peter was always quick and they were super accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful house, beautifully presented with exceptional amenities

My husband and I have stayed in Naples many times. This was by far the best accommodation we have had. The house was beautifully presented and oozes calm and charm. There was a room which I was able to use as an office, set up with a printer, which was a huge boon given I had an unexpected work crisis. Everything was so relaxed with the property manager anxious to emphasise that we were not to fuss about cleaning up before we left - that was his job! And as a special bonus we arrived to find the kitchen already stocked with staples like teas/coffees, basic condiments etc so that saved us a lot of hassle too. Just a gorgeous place and we would highly recommend it.

Nice place

Very clean,very well stocked. Plenty of paper product's cleaning products even supplied shampoo and body wash. Everything was as listed on the vrbo listing. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic holiday home in wider Naples

This is a lovely property and exactly how it is described in the listing. We loved all the touches that made it feel like a home. It comes equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including bikes and beach equipment. The communication with both the host before our stay and the property manager on site was fantastic. We had a small problem with the pool on arrival, which was sorted quickly and easily with good communication. As a family visiting from outside the USA, the property really was a home from home and we had a fantastic holiday.

Another wonderful stay

We returned to Katy’s house for a second time and did not regret it. Everything was as we remembered, with the addition of a new kitchen. It is very well furnished and the bed and bedding is spotlessly clean and of good quality. Katy supplies copious amounts of kitchen and bathroom products. The check out time is 10am, similar to equivalent rentals but Katy designed the check out procedure to suit the renter rather than the cleaning company. No need for crack of dawn stripping of beds and numerous wash loads before 10am. With a long journey ahead home to Scotland, that was much appreciated. We had an unfortunate problem with the pool but that was quickly attended to by the very conscientious property manager Peter, who did everything possible to resolve the matter and ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We certainly did.

Fabulous!

The house is lovely and neighborhood so quiet and friendly. We’ve never stayed in a rental that provides so much! I always bring my own paper products, laundry products etc. but it was all provided for us as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner! We had 2 small issues but they had more to do with our lack of knowledge than an actual problem. The property manager, Peter, came over quickly both times and showed us how to work things. Thank you for offering this wonderful vacation home as a rental. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic Stay!

Our 3 week stay at this property in November 2023 was great. House is well equipped with everything you need. Loved the salt water pool and the 4 TV sets with full cable access. It's a great location that is 5 minutes away from restaurants, a Publix grocery store and other retail stores. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great place!

This is a lovely home. A new kitchen, which was great to work in. Her towels are the thickest we've ever seen! Decor is tasteful. Many, many extras, which are too numerous to go through. In the future we will always check if this property is available.

AWSOME place to stay !!

Well let me say first off thank you to the home owners. This is an AWSOME home we stayed at this week. Great communication with the property manager for one little non major issue. When you first walk in, you can see this home is taken care of and is well maintained . There was an abundance and towels for the pool and towels for personal hygiene and additional items in the kitchen. The house is very clean from the frig to the bathrooms. The bedrooms were large enough for both parties. This home is a place we will be looking to stay at in future trips to FL. I’m not a review person but I must give credit were credit is due.

Beautiful

We had an absolute blast at this house!! It’s very clean and everything you could imagine and more!! We used the bikes just about every night and took some long bike rides!! The Naples pier and tiger tail beach on Marco island are only 20-30 mins away from the house! In a great location!

Everything was as detailed on VRBO but better in reality. Over our 2 week stay, nothing could have been improved upon in any aspect of the home. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Shopping and dining all close by. Response from owner when sought was excellent. We most certainly hope that we can return soon.
