Venite a sfuggire a questo favoloso 3 camere da letto, 2 bagno di casa. Situato a meno di 1 miglio a Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach in una splendida Nord di Napoli. Questa casa unica si trova a poche case giù dal breaktaking svariati milioni di dollari case sull'acqua. Decorate con colori di design e arredi e con una nuova cucina aggiornato, con armadi in legno espresso ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con nuovi piatti, pentole e padelle per rendere la cucina una cena gourmet un gioco da ragazzi. Rilassatevi nel proiettati in veranda che è completamente circondata da una rigogliosa vegetazione tropicale e dispone di una grande fontana di roccia spumeggiante per il godimento aggiunto. Perfetto per sorseggiare il caffè del mattino o un cocktail pomeridiano. Dirigetevi verso la sovradimensionata proiettato in veranda sul retro che si affaccia sulla cena privata e completamente recintato in cantiere a griglia e godere. Questa casa accogliente ha colori divertenti e arredamento in ogni stanza per fare veramente sentire come se fossi in vacanza! Il soggiorno ha un nuovo televisore LCD "intelligente", che permette di vedere la TV via cavo regolare o si collega tramite connessione Wi-Fi per lo streaming di film e spettacoli televisivi attraverso applicazioni come Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, etc. Hit la spiaggia, ha colpito i negozi, tutto è in un raggio di 2. 5 miglia, tra cui il nuovo punto caldo Napoli per negozi, ristoranti, bar, e film, il Mercato! Forniamo anche una spiaggia pass gratuito per l'ingresso e il parcheggio a Delnor Wiggins (uno dei canali di viaggio Top 10 Florida spiagge), sedie a sdraio, asciugamani, ombrellone, ecc La casa ha tutto il necessario per fare alcuni ricordi meravigliosi nella soleggiata Napoli!

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful home...

This house is a real treasure. We love that it's within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. We stay here every year and it's always clean and ready for us. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and a homey vibe make this one of our favorite homes away from home.

Relaxing Oasis

This is an excellent property. The interior design is outstanding. The front yard is landscaped as a jungle and it is beautiful to look at and provides cool shade. Everything is very clean. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.Everything works- no bugs. The place was well stocked. Thank you to the owners and managers for being so considerate

January getaway

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The location of the house is perfect and we took daily walks to the beach. We stay in this house every year and it's always wonderful. The host, Allison, was great and the house was clean and ready for us. It's a gem :)

Perfect January work from “home” getaway

We love staying here! Feels like our second home. Beaches in walking distance, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, great restaurants nearby and both the front and back screened porches are terrific areas to relax. A terrific two weeks. Hope to be back again.

Special home away from home

My husband and I made this property our home for three weeks - 1 week with friends joining us for vacation and the other 2 weeks working from 'home'. It's perfect for what we wanted and the location couldn't be more ideal. With two beaches in walking distance and several more only a few miles away, we never missed a day without our feet in the sand and a brilliant sunset. It's also close to a wide variety of restaurants and fun destinations. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil we needed to cook up a few meals at home too. Comfy beds and furnishings made it easy to relax after a long day. This home gets our highest recommendations.

Great stay at the house

The house was in a very good and quiet area. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything one would need. Some upgraded beach chairs would be appreciated.

Disappointing

We were notified very late on the night before our arrival of major construction happening on the street (upgrading of water and sewerage lines) road was all dug up, heavy equipment parked in-front of home. We were awakened next morning after arrival by construction personnel knocking on door to let us know we needed to move our car or we would be blocked in driveway. Air conditioning was not working upon our arrival, had to call property manager to have tech come out and fix it. Requested to be moved or refunded but received no response. On day three of stay water backed up in shower and toilets backed up due to construction as we were trying to get ready for scheduled family portrait. Thank goodness the men were still outside working and I had to go out there and let them know. Property manger offered to move us to another home however would have to move back this home after two nights. Overall very disappointing and extremely frustrating stay. Also be aware do a street view to see the front of house or should I say the jungle blocking the front of house and trees crossing driveway, be careful not to run into them as you try to park. We would not recommend this property!

Beautiful home

We were very happy with this beautiful home. I enjoyed the tropical trees and tropical forest in the front yard. Nice screened in porches on the front and back. We had everything we needed to cook with. This vacation home was well equipped with everything we needed. Very grateful we chose it for our stay.

Naples Park

We were extremely pleased with this rental. The location was in a quiet residential area but very convenient to the beaches, restaurants, shopping, as well as recreational activities within the surrounding area. The home was very clean, well organized and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again when vacationing in Naples.

Happy hideaway

Spent 3 wonderful weeks in this comfy home. We walked to Vanderbilt, Bluebill and Delnor Wiggins State Park beaches, plus a short drive to Lover’s Key, Barefoot and so many others. We especially loved the big windows overlooking a private garden, the well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and the two screened-in and shaded porches. So much to love in this home-away-from-home. So sad to leave. We’ll rent here again soon!!

This property was clean, comfortable, and sufficiently updated In all respects with everything provided to make for a wonderful short or longer term vacation. We just spent the month of February at this property and hope to have the opportunity to come back next year. Very easy to work with the property owner for any questions we had from the time we leased back in June.

Great location. Close to beach and everyday shopping. Well equipped small kitchen, nice dinning area. It was very clean and comfortable. While the bedrooms and bathrooms are small, they're perfect adequate. Would rent again.

This house had everything our family needed. Very comfortable, nicely decorated and had all those little extras that made our vacation great! The kitchen had all we needed to cook a few meals at home. The beach pass included to nearby park was the best! We could go to beautiful beach, come back and go see sunset. Perfect for us! Loved the double lanais to hang out and drink coffee/ read books or whatever. Loved all the birds that hung around the property. Loved the trees in front that hid house from the street and made us feel comfy hanging out in jammies in the morn. Very clean! Would definitely rent again!

Clean, Comfortable, Good Location

We were 3 adults and stayed one week. We had plenty of room (there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths). We really enjoyed having the two screened-in areas; one in the front of the house and the other in the back. It was great to have a washer and dryer and to have beach umbrella, chairs and towels. But the best part of our rental was Allison Evans, our contact person. She was responsive and helpful, which was much appreciated.
