Nice Home

Nice home. Our only criticism was that the pool was dirty when we checked in. We had traveled all day and were looking forward to relaxing in the pool when we arrived. The property management did arrange for the pool to be cleaned early the next morning. I would also recommend some instruction on the remote that controls the pool and hot tub.

Excellent stay

This property was one of the best I have stayed at The house was extremely well appointed with great space and features. All bathrooms were renovated and great. The kitchen was awesome as was the lanai dining area. The absolute best was the pool and outdoor area. We all loved it. Excellent service from the host and great location.

Backyard oasis

Lovely home. Pool and hot tub relaxing. Fun for kids age 2&5 and adults. Took the bikes out for a couple rides as well. We love the Naples Park area for access to restaurants and beaches. Owner very responsive to any questions. Great vacation!

Perfect family stay

Our family of 5, teen and college kids, stayed for winter break and had an incredible stay. The backyard is a paradise, perfect for kids that want to play in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or read a book on a lounger. No one had to miss a second of football bowl games as we could watch from anywhere in the backyard on the outdoor tv. Pool was very warm and the family even enjoyed it on a rainy morning. The house itself is stunning, immaculately clean, and the beds are literally the most comfortable any of us have slept in! Beach access is just over a mile away. Very short drive, easy bike ride, or about a 15 minute walk. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and there was plenty of space for the entire family. Communication with the host was great and any questions we had were responded to immediately. This is a must-stay vacation spot and you won’t want to leave. We will definitely look to stay again!

Amazing Vacation!!

We loved everything! The house is beautiful, the pool and yard are tropical and lush, amenities were everything we needed. Bikes and everything for the beach was appreciated. Everything was convenient and at our finger tips. We can’t wait to go back!!

Great home in great location!

I would give more than five stars if I could. From start to finish, the property manager was helpful, responsive, and professional. My husband and I booked a long weekend getaway and plan to come back with the family, as this was a home away from home with everything we needed and more! Perfectly located with so much to do, we didn't want to leave! The back yard is AMAZING!!!!!

1st time in Naples

The inside was clean, neat and updated furnishings. The kitchen was new and looks out to the beautiful pool. 3 comfortable bedrooms with 3 full baths. The home came with 4 bikes. The outdoor area was perfect! So pretty and private with beautiful palm trees providing shade. 4 beach chairs came with the rental amd nothing else. Unfortunately we had to purchase 2 small coolers and 2 umbrellas. Cant go to the beach with out those items. Most other homes came with those items- i giess i should have asked specifically. Our 5 night stay was perfect

Perfect Stay!

We came with a group of 5 for a work conference. The place was lovely and a joy to stay in. We could walk to the conference as well as to the beach and state park. The house was clean and well stocked. It was very quiet and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a joy to have in the back yard. There was no hot water kettle (we are tea drinkers), but we got one and left it for others to enjoy. No complaints, would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful house and experience

Our family of four stayed for 3 nights over spring break. The house is updated, and while looks small from the outside it is very well laid out and the rooms are quite large. Plenty of space for us. The house was clean, and all beds, bedding and towels were like brand new. Check in was seamless and easy. The backyard oasis was definitely the highlight of the property. The pictures don’t do the outdoor kitchen and landscaping justice. The adults enjoyed sitting in the hot tub watching the outdoor TV while the kids swam in the pool. Would definitely rent again.

Naples Park Retreat

Exceptional home. Immaculate and clean upon arrival. Pool area and back patio area is phenomenal for staying on site and having a pool day. Beach is very close if you want to go that route. House was fully equipped with all you'll need for a stay (aluminum foil, saran wrap, spices, etc). Comfortable beds. Huge surpise and very satisfied overall.

Great Stay

The modern amenities and the tropical back yard w/pool & spa made this a wonderful experience. Management team was very accessible to help us along. Close proximity to the north end of Vanderbilt Beach. We like to ride bikes and they were in good shape. Beautiful place to stay.
