The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $400.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.

Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 2 allowed pet(s)!

Amazing family trip

We had an absolutely amazing family trip staying at Jordan and Jessica’s place! Our group included 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 5 to 21), and the two units—located conveniently next door to each other—were perfect for our needs. The building itself is beautiful and packed with fantastic amenities. We used the heated pool every single day, and it was a huge hit with everyone. Having the grills and tables right by the pool made it so easy to enjoy relaxed lunches together—kids would just hop out for a quick bite and jump right back into the fun! The location of the condos is also ideal. We were just minutes away from great restaurants (highly recommend the tacos and margaritas spot and the NY pizza place!) and grocery stores, which made things so easy. Both condos were beautifully furnished with super comfortable beds and sofas—we all got some great sleep! The complex is peaceful and quiet, and the units were thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Jordan and Jessica were outstanding hosts—super responsive and helpful. When we realized we didn’t have quite enough beach towels for our group, they brought more over right away along with extra beach chairs. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and this one is definitely one of our favorites. We’re already thinking about coming back next year! Thank you again Jordan and Jessica for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful properties and for your top notch service!

Attention to Detail Done Well

This location worked out perfectly for our soccer tournament- Located right off the main drag. Both units were well equipped with all of the necessities and utensils. They thought of it all. The only hiccup for our large group was the sleeping configuration. Due to different ages and genders, it would have been nice to have a pull-out couch as a place for the two teen girls. In all, a great stay and we would return.
