SEAGRAPE su Greenlinks - Migliore vista a Lely, Villa costiera rinnovata!

La nostra villa da golf Seagrape è un condominio ristrutturato di lusso nella comunità Greenlink di Lely Resort, offerto in affitto esclusivamente tramite The Holiday Life! Questa unità completamente aggiornata dispone di 2 camere da letto king size con bellissimi letti, bagni con piastrelle di ghiaia, ripiani in granito e Corian, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutte le nuove piastrelle, moquette e mobili di qualità. Il lanai schermato ha una delle migliori viste di Greenlink sul lago e sul campo da golf ed è super silenzioso e tranquillo, poiché si trova sul retro della comunità. Sdraiati sul divano in pelle con sedili in stile teatro per guardare l'HDTV a schermo piatto e goderti la vista sul lago oltre. Un'altra area salotto nella parte anteriore del condominio ha un altro schermo piatto ed entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV, quindi c'è spazio per tutti per rilassarsi! La sala da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone e ha un bellissimo mini bar incorporato e illuminazione di design per un'atmosfera fantastica durante i pasti all'interno - o cenare all'aperto sul lanai!

Greenlink al Lely Resort è stato progettato come un paradiso tropicale per gli appassionati di golf, completo di molte funzionalità per rendere felici anche i non golfisti! Se sei un giocatore di golf, un bonus del noleggio in Greenlink è che hai diritto a tariffe golf verdi gratuite o scontate al campionato di Lely, ai corsi a 4 stelle Flamingo & Mustang! Sono disponibili round gratuiti con noleggi estivi e autunnali dal 15 maggio al 15 ottobre. Sono disponibili tariffe scontate durante l'inverno e l'alta stagione primaverile. Le tariffe scontate variano in base alla data e all'ora del giorno - informarsi per i dettagli! La comunità si trova direttamente accanto alla club house per i campi da golf a 4 stelle, Flamingo e Mustang, classificati da Lely Resort. Great clean property!

The property was clean and better than pictures. Kitchen has everything. The mattresses were comfy which is not always the case. The pool was clean and there is a small work out room to use. 5 stars for sure. We would come back

Perfect home!

We had a great time in Naples and this property was perfect! We loved everything about it. The home was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was close to everything. The view was beautiful and my children loved the neighborhood pool! We look forward to staying there again next year!

Everything was upscale and modern.. We had just about anything we wanted and more. The layout was fantastic. We had been coming to Lely for 10 years and this was definitely the best unit we have stayed in. Amir was more than accommodating on anything we asked.

Great spot!

My husband and I loved our 2bdrm/2BA unit in South Naples at Lely…20 minutes to 5th Ave and 25 min to Marco Island…the unit is lovely with very comfortable furniture…split bedroom plan with 2 king master suites with great mattresses…the location is near all sorts of restaurants and shopping…I highly recommend…and the unit is spotless! Thank you for sharing this lovely unit!

This condo was perfect tor us. It was kind of last minute vacation on our end and we were a little worried what the place would look like because it was available for the week we needed. It was awesome. Clean, renovated, comfortable, bright and had everything you needed. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We rented for a few days to start our Christmas vacation. We found it to be a great location, close to Naples and easy access to stores and restaurants. We had great communication with the property manager and would definitely return.

Christmas in Naples

We came to Naples from frosty NH to celebrate Christmas with family. Sea grape at Greenlinks was perfect for our stay. Close to groceries and restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Beautiful view of the golf course with a private lanai. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Enjoyed eating in and found the kitchen well stocked. Very peaceful and fresh decor. The recliner couch was super comfortable as were the beds. We hope to return in the future!

Very nice, is as pictured

This condo is exactly as pictured. It is very clean and well stocked. The furnishings are attractive and in great shape. The internet can be spotty at times and the TV in the den did not work at all. About midway through our stay, we made a call for service as the clothes washer had stained sheets with an oily substance. We were assured we would hear from the property manager, but never did. Luckily we had overpacked and had clean clothes until we returned home. Aside from that, it was a great stay and would consider staying there again (assuming they fix the washer!).

Really Good!

This villa was awesome. All that you could wish for was granted inside this villa. Very clean, and it came with a great view. Greenlinks itself is a very nice development too. Highly reccomend.

When renting a place to stay, my expectations are always high. This property did not disappoint me in any way. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, I was so pleased. Do not hesitate to secure this rental! We will definitely be back!

Very nice, updated condo! Golf was fun, pool was nice. Wish were were a little closer to Naples shopping and dining. Would recommend for a golf trip!

Month vacation!

Loved the villa! It’s beautifully decorated with up-to-date everything. Beds are fit for a king and queen. Very comfortable! Bathrooms are beautiful and fit our needs. The layout of the unit is perfect. My husband was ‘working from home’ so to speak, so we were able to convert the small den into an office for him. It was perfect. Our view overlooked a pond and golf course. We love the golf course too! This area of Naples is awesome. Great for walks and bike rides! Pool was very nice also. We were definitely able to enjoy all that we could even with the threat of Coronavirus. The kitchen is nicely stocked with lots of pot and pans, etc.. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful and Comfortable

Our experience was terrific. No problems at all. We’ve rented several properties in the Lely community and enjoy that area immensely. We love to golf and find the two public courses ar Lely to our liking. We generally eat several times at Sam Sneads and enjoy the quality and variety of their food. The amenities (pool, workout room) at Greenlinks are quite nice and suited our needs.
