Naples Retreat

We loved the property, pool/hot tub were excellent, great location. The best part was the property management team! (LiveRight Properties) Response time on anything was minutes!! It made our stay absolutely perfect.

Zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber...

...insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Lage im Naples Park ist sehr gut, die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist "outdated" und an vielen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig und leider auch nicht gut gereinigt. (Staub unter dem Bett, Haare in der Schublade im Badezimmer, nicht gereinigte Terrasse). Besonders unangenehm war der Teppich im Außenbereich. Alles Dinge, die sich leicht optimieren lassen. Man nimmt das hin, weil man die meiste Zeit draußen verbringt. Und der Außenbereich ist großartig! Der große Pool inkl. großer Liegen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine angemessene Anzahl an einheitlichen Poolhandtüchern in der Größe der Liegen wäre wünschenswert. Ohne Cage hat man zwar in der Dämmerung mit Moskitos zu kämpfen, dafür wirkt der Bereich sehr großzügig. Einzig ein Sonnenschirm für den großen Esstisch hat uns gefehlt. Wir haben einen kleinen Campingtisch gekauft und ihn, als wir noch zu zweit waren, in den überdachten Bereich gestellt. Später haben wir den großen Esstisch dorthin gestellt, weil wir dann zu fünft waren. Wenn dieser Bereich eingescreent wäre und man deshalb moskitofrei sitzen könnte, wäre es perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok. Weil es nur 5 Kaffeetassen gab, haben wir noch welche gekauft. Auch die Auswahl und Anzahl der Gläser könnte optimiert werden. Sehr gut hat uns der 2. Kühlschrank in der Garage gefallen. Leider sind bei diesem Haus bei dem Preis keine Fahrräder inkludiert, was erhebliche Mehrkosten verursacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut und auch Steve, der Nachbar, war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Ein neuer Staubsauger, mit dem man auch unter den Betten saugen kann, sollte angeschafft und gereinigt (Staubbehälter leer) bereitgestellt werden.

Great Location and perfect for a family

The location of the house is perfect for quick access to the beach, grocery stores and shopping. We travel with 3 young children and the house layout was perfect. We throughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor space. There were only 2 semi let downs. One was the quality and availability of beach items for a property that advertises as a luxury rental. The beach chairs were uncomfortable and lacked the backpack straps along with no on-hand beach toys. Second, all of the dishes in the house are glass, which around a pool makes me nervous, especially with small children. That being said, we had a fantastic time and would rent the property again.
