Kings Lake, where this home is located, is one of the best kept secrets and safest zones in Naples.
It is only 5 minutes from downtown Naples and 10 minutes to our amazing beaches. The corner lot offers privacy with a serene peaceful lake and pool for relaxing. It is a very quiet area. Around the lake is a 1.5-mile walking or biking trail.
It has a private entrance through a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy your favorite beverage. The kitchen is stocked with condiments, refrigerator, stove, tabletop oven, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The laundry room has its own washer and dryer. The living room/kitchen area has a sofa bed and flat screen tv. The bathroom is stocked with towels and a hairdryer and provides direct access to the pool. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a luxury mattress, large screen tv and a walk-in closet. The bedroom sliding doors lead directly out to the pool. There is also a seating area for two at the lake near the house with a fire pit. You will have access to the pool during the hours from 8 am to 7 pm. There is a gas grill available for your use. This can be your cozy home away from home in beautiful Naples!
