  • Il tuo tranquillo ritiro in Florida! Torrey Pines è una spaziosa casa unifamiliare recentemente rinnovata a Lely Country Club, situata in posizione strategica vicino a molti dei migliori campi da golf di Napoli ea soli 15 minuti dalle spiagge del centro di Napoli. Una nuovissima piscina riscaldata con ripiano per il sole è stata appena completata e si affaccia sul campo da golf Royal Palm Country Club. Un lanai schermato mantiene gli insetti fuori mentre ti godi la vita all'aperto al coperto nel tuo patio coperto. All'interno, la casa è stata elegantemente ristrutturata in stile rustico con pavimenti in piastrelle di legno, bagni di design con docce in vetro e una cucina a concetto aperta e una camera familiare che si riversano sul lanai coperto. Tutte le camere da letto e la camera familiare sono montate (con corde nascoste!) HDTV con servizio completo via cavo e la casa, come con tutti i noleggi da The Holiday Life, è arredata con WiFi ad alta velocità, una suite completa di lenzuola bianche di qualità e spugna, e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Tutti i letti sono nuovi di zecca nel 2018. Se stai cercando una lussuosa casa in affitto in stile executive a Napoli, hai trovato il sogno a Torrey Pines!

A great month at Lely

Loved the house, location, the view and the new pool. Great neighborhood. A few minor issues but the property managers were very responsive.

Great experience!

We were very happy with this home. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a morning of pickleball at the nearby East Naples Community Park on several occasions. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided was a very nice touch. Enjoyed watching the various ducks and birds that frequented the pond behind the house. Beautiful sunrises were enjoyed looking out from the kitchen island in the morning. Overall, an excellent experience and would definitely rent this home again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Property is amazing! As soon as we walked in we felt right at home! House is updated, clean and well appointed. The pool is great and golf course views are fantastic. We initially rented for 7 weeks and was so sad as we were getting closer to the end of our stay that we extended for an another 2 weeks! The property management team was great, very responsive to any questions and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going as expected. Also want to talk about the neighborhood which never gets mentioned. The house is near the very end of the block when you turn in right which makes it nice and quiet away from any road noise. Neighbors are very friendly and all the houses are very well maintained. Location is perfect near all shopping, 10 minutes to downtown Naples and the beach! If your a golfer Hibiscus (Public course) is 5mins from the house. Couldn't ask for a better place to be! We will definitely be back!

Everything in the property description matched the "wow" on our face when we arrived. The property is updated, clean and well-maintained. Everything you need is in the home and the location is great. Easy 10 minutes to Marco Island or to Bonita Springs. Of course Naples beaches are right down the street as well. I would highly recommend this property for rent. The owners were extremely accommodating and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. *****Five Stars in our book...

Beautiful, calm, convenient

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about this home. Comfy beds, modern conveniences and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the lanai backing onto a golf course. The bird life was enchanting. Loved every minute.
