Beautiful pool and lanai. Upon entering the house we could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a basket of treats waiting for us. Small soaps, lotion and shampoo were found in all three bathrooms. Great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a party of 8. The house had plenty of room for all of us . Had great amenities and good location. Quiet neighborhood and close to beaches and shops . Communication was good too.

Naples Retreat

Excellent property provided exactly what we wanted for our family. There were some minor maintenance issues that came up, but property manager was very prompt in responding to any and all requests. Overall very pleased with our stay and would rent the property again in the future.

Very delighted with the property!

We are long time friends who were delighted with the property. We spent many hours enjoying the outside pool area with the lovely view. We decided it was the best equipped kitchen to prepare our meals. It was so nice we have already booked it for next year.

Perfect Getaway with Friends

We had some last minute changes to a trip we had planned with friends. They were very responsive to messages and helped us get next day reservations. This home is very clean and extremely well stocked. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful time!

This house is beautiful, in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood, it's well maintained, well stocked. Really nice pool and amenitites. The rental managers were very responsive, but we didn't even need them much as it was very organized and user friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

An amazing house with a spectacular outdoor living space!

We had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as depicted and promised. The house was spacious and well laid-out. The outdoor living space was amazing and the focal point to our trip! The property comes with everything you need to spend a day at the pool or at the beach. The customer service from the Newman Team was above and beyond. They took excellent care of us. We will definitely be coming back! Patrick B

Beautiful, clean and spacious home

This property had everything that our family of 6 could ask for. The neighborhood was beautiful. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own living space. The pool area was beautiful with lots of seating and pool toys to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Friendly Home

Every thing about the house is accurately reflected in the listing. The pool and heated spa were wonderful and we appreciated the floating devices that already were there and the comfortable seating that was provided by the pool area. The screened in pool provided peace of mind with a little one running around as well as keeping the bugs out. We did not have access to the remote for the garage but made due without. All bedrooms were spacious and well laid out while having a comfortable vibe. Enjoyed this house and all of the family that stayed with us also really enjoyed this house.

Great house; quiet neighborhood; convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely and the neighborhood is very safe (gated community) and quiet and charming (very little traffic, lots of people out walking). Communication with the management company was great - the check in/out process was seamless - absolutely no surprises. They also were very responsive during our stay (e.g., replacing the gas tank on the outdoor grill within hours of me contacting them). We look forward to coming back here

Very nice property

The property was spacious and comfortable, with good amenities. Neighborhood was very nice although quite a long drive to the beach (15-20 minutes). We enjoyed our stay overall. However, the host had unreasonable requirements to verify us as valid guests, including request for photo of the credit card used to pay (which I refused to provide for obvious security reasons). After some back and forth they agreed to drop this request. I expected VRBO to handle the traveler verification process. This definitely dampened my enthusiasm for staying at the property.
