Abbiamo deciso di condividere la nostra bellissima seconda casa nel Parco di Napoli con il mondo, perché è troppo accogliente per non essere utilizzata durante tutto l'anno.

Quindi sentiti il benvenuto per goderti questa meravigliosa vita nella nostra casa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, completamente attrezzata. Rilassati nel lanai nella parte anteriore della casa o nel lanai schermato sul retro del nostro bellissimo cortile. Hai fame e vorresti fare un barbecue? Nessun problema, la nostra griglia è in attesa di essere riscaldata! Di sicuro, puoi anche preparare e consumare i tuoi pasti nella nostra cucina moderna.

Raggiungi la spiaggia in 5 minuti (Delnor Wiggins State Park o Vanderbilt Beach) con le nostre biciclette o fai questa passeggiata in 15 minuti. L'attrezzatura da spiaggia ti sta aspettando. Passeggia in questo quartiere accogliente e delizioso, vicino a ristoranti, negozi, mercato e tutto il resto. Se porti la tua auto, puoi parcheggiarla nel nostro garage annesso. C'è molto più spazio per portare una seconda o una terza macchina.

Sono inoltre disponibili un pacchetto e alcuni giochi per i tuoi bambini. WIFI è gratuito e incluso.

Although our stay in Maren and Stephan’s home was not a planned vacation visit , we will certainly be reserving this home again in late fall, their home was absolutely perfect, pretty yard with privacy at a perfect location for beaching and shopping, home was nicely decorated and beds very comfortable,Stephan and Maren left nothing to be desired, their home was equipped with everything you would need and more, including all the fun items for beaching for family enjoyment, grill and bicycles and more, very comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach! All the amenities you could think of was such a plus, we had a little hiccup with one of the bedroom televisions (no fault of Stephan name Marens) my 80 year old mother could not figure out how to change the programming ,I emailed Stephan and he responded back immediately with a message how to go on tv ( which was actually already made available in there welcoming packet ugh!!) mentioning this because Stephan was about to board a plane and took his time to message back) you will not be disappointed in reserving this home! And the reservation process through vrbo was incredibly easy and convenient! I am a fan of vrbo as I have stayed in homes on their site multiple times in Oregon and other states in the past!Thank you again Stephan and Maren, we look forward to staying in you lovely home again in the fall ! Always predictable neighborhood. Was a basic and simple unit that met our needs perfectly. We needed a home base for me and three adult sons for a couple days of deep sea fishing. Exactly what we expected and needed.

A very nicely remodeled and well maintained 3 bedroom home, with everything we needed for a great stay. Great back patio and backyard with a nice grill. Only a one mile or so bike ride to the beach and the property came with 5 high quality bikes and the bike trailer was great for pulling all the beach gear, which was also included! Wonderful property, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy 3 bed/2 bath Naples Park home. Close to Delnor-Wiggins beach and Vanderbilt Beach (with parking ramp, so walkable from ramp to beach). Excellent selection of bicycles and beach equipment. Great kitchen/dining area. Well done landscaping with screened porch in back, and Adirondack chair seating in the front. Highly recommend.

We loved this property! Stephan & Maren were very gracious hosts and provided a beautiful, clean, and inviting home! We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, decor, comfortability, and location of their home! They have everything you could need for a couple of days or even longer. We used the beach chairs and cooler bags for our trips to the beach! We will definitely be planning to stay here again on our next trip down. Thank you!

When we arrived at the very clean property we were unsure if we made the right decision. Not being very familiar with this area of Naples, we had no idea how conveniently located this house is to everything!!! We had beautiful am walks to Vanderbilt beach, bike rides to The Mercado for coffee and less than 5 min drive to tons of shopping and restaurants! There are great "shuttle" services to and from the beach if you do not want to walk or deal with the parking at the beach. WE just loved it! The house had everything for the beach, 4 bikes and super clean. Stephan was very responsive during our stay with a few questions we had as well! Highly recommend this property!!

Perfect home for our family with a toddler! Everything we needed, toys, books, high chair, great pack and play with excellent mattress, lanai, great bikes with child trailer! Super easy and safe bike ride to the wonderful beach access next to the gorgeous State Park beach. Bright and homey! Simply perfect.

Incredible hosts!! Immaculately clean and organized and everything is labeled. Location is more like 1 minute to the beach! So easy peasy! This amazing family let’s you use their beach toys, baby gear, kids toys it is like they are the friendliest hosts and neighbors. Everything was pristine and new. Above and beyond! We will be back!!

Dit huis is heel goed uitgerust. Je merkt dat de eigenaars er vaak zelf verblijven. Er zijn zelfs fietsen van diverse grootte om naar het nabijgelegen strand te gaan. Wij zelf vonden de wijk en de locatie wat te rustig en te ver van alles, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat juist dit andere mensen aantrekt. We waren hier maar twee nachten, dus konden de buurt niet ten volle leren kennen. Al bij al krijg je hier wel waar voor je geld.
