La bella, molto tranquilla e spaziosa villa esposta a sud si trova alla fine di un vicolo cieco sul romantico fiume Cocohatchee con un collegamento diretto con il Golfo del Messico. Una suite e altre due camere da letto hanno ciascuna il proprio bagno e cabina armadio, nonché la propria uscita sul ponte della piscina. Dalla piscina riscaldata si può guardare nel giardino ben curato. Oltre ai posti a sedere sulla terrazza, c'è una piccola cucina all'aperto con una griglia per un vero barbecue americano. Il giardino con darsena e canoa è un paradiso per gli amanti della natura. Le lussuose attrezzature includono anche un pianoforte, biciclette, una canoa, WiFi e una grande TV nella sala TV separata, nonché altre 2 TV nelle camere da letto. La casa ha una spaziosa cucina aperta con lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, piano cottura, grande frigorifero ecc. Nella lavanderia separata c'è ovviamente una lavatrice e asciugatrice e un asse da stiro. Ci sono molti campi da golf a pochi minuti di auto. Campi da tennis pubblici gratuiti, squash e paddleboard si trovano nel vicino Veteranspark, che tu o i tuoi bambini potete raggiungere facilmente con le nostre biciclette. C'è anche un parco giochi e altri campi sportivi nel parco dei veterani. La famosa spiaggia di Delnor-Wiggins Pass è facilmente raggiungibile in auto in meno di 10 minuti. Per questo bellissimo tratto di spiaggia, abbiamo preparato un pass spiaggia in casa, che consente l'ingresso e il parcheggio gratuiti.

Large spacious rooms. Very private, beautiful grounds. Food has to be wrapped-up due to tiny ants. Pool and hot tub were great and perfect temperature.

All in all a nice property with BEAUTIFUL grounds. Our family (5 adults) enjoyed our stay. I have rented many properties in the past and there is usually a "welcome binder" with house instructions, things to do in the area, menus, etc. No such booklet at this property. Pros:Spacious home, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, comfortable rooms and beds, nice layout, plenty of seating. Cons:Communication with host basically non-existent, no welcome, check in during our stay or instructions for check out, automated VRBO instructions in foreign language, unable to read. Mildew on all pool lounge chair cushions & pool toys, no beach umbrella, grill unclean with the smell of rotten meat when opened, it was unusable. We had to buy our own toilet paper & paper towels (only 1 roll provided in each bathroom and 1 bathroom had no toilet paper) also had to purchase dishwashing detergent, and dish soap.

Hervorragend

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Wir waren schon sehr oft in Florida, aber dieses Haus war mit Abstand das schönste Haus, indem wir jemals waren. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an, sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat alles super geklappt. Sehr gerne würden wir dieses Haus bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Perfect vacation home for two families

SB 2025 was a perfect stay for our two families! The house was clean, abundantly stocked with bedding, towels, and a full kitchen! We were a quick drive to the beach but enjoyed just lounging by the pool and hot tub! The property manager and owner were available and quick to respond. We have already booked for 2026

Naples Visit

This was our 6th year visiting Naples, FL for the month of February. We really enjoyed our stay, pool & spa, highlight, water temp. nice & warm, few issues with spa, owners very responsive. Wanted to book for next February but already booked! Would for sure love to stay in home again.

Great place, two families stayed and it was private and beautiful place. Hot tub and pool were great! Great location. Only item of note, is someone stopped by to check on the place while we were enjoying the pool and walked right in the house which was unusual.

Perfect for us

The house is laid out so my son and his wife had their own wing. We loved that as we all came in from different time zones and sleep patterns were different. The pool was nice and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Even though we had a few mechanical issues, Miquel communicated quickly and got us fixed up. We would stay again if we make it back to the area.

Beautiful area but issues with pool filter, overall upkeep poor

Pool filter dirty, pump leaking, obviously patched but leaking, only whirlpool pump working to heat the pool, cloudy until day 10. These issues reported to manager and owners, evaluated quickly but not repaired. Plumbing needed updated. Curtains torn, old, did not close, stained, and windows dirty. Pull out bed in 4th bedroom with old lumpy mattress. Showers had poor water pressure. Unable to use outdoor shower, not working. Smoke detector in living room wires hanging down. TVs small, cable not working well. Garage full, not available for use, bikes broken, only 1 could be used. Hopefully some of these issues were addressed as they were reported to the manager and owners.

This is a great rental house for a family!

We loved the spacious house! The pool area was lovely with the privacy of the backyard. The screened in pool provided a hassle free swimming experience. There was a Florida state park pass for a beach close by too! Here are a couple of slight improvements that could have made our vacation even better: - The five bikes in the garage were in disrepair, which was disappointing. -Basic items were not provided such as hand soap (there was a watered down inch of “soap”) paper towel, and dishwasher detergent. -communication from the renter was primarily in German, English would have been nice Overall, it was a great rental house!

Sunny Naples retreat

Spacious house with fabulous screened in pool and hot tub. Near beach and every store you could possibly ever need. The house is a bit dated but it met our needs. The owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive.

Amazing Stay…planning a return!

For our family, Stephanie’s home was a long overdue retreat. We loved the spaciousness of the home and how the bedrooms are set up adding a little room between us and the kiddos. The lanai is lovely! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Additionally, we took advantage of all of the little necessities for beach travel that Stephanie has available for use (towels, cooler, chairs, etc.). It felt like home away from home. Nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. It was perfection. Miguel, who manages the property, was also a 5-star manager. He’s attentive, kind and goes above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. Additionally, we could see the care that he gives as manager to the property. The only feedback that I would provide is to consider replacement of the TV room furniture. I could tell that visitors spend a lot of time in there and the furniture is starting to slump (or buy those nifty couch cushion supports off Amazon. Smile). All in all, thank you Stephanie and Miguel! I truly appreciated my stay and hope to return soon. Warmest regards, The Folks from the Buckeye State

Problem with the air condition

The first and second days were the worst that had happened in my life because the air conditioning did not work and the house was extremely hot until they sent a person to fix it on Sunday, but the air conditioner had problems with the compressor and more or less it They fixed it but it still didn't cool properly and that's how we spent the week. I really do not recommend this property; it is a pity that they do not maintain the house.

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this spacious, well equipped home with beautiful grounds and pool area. We loved the location which is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. They have everything you need for a day at the beach which is a short drive away.

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our time at this property! The house is built around the beautiful pool and hot tub, which we took advantage of daily! We were 2 couples, so each had one half of the house for bedrooms and bathrooms. Master bedroom and bath are very spacious, other bedrooms and baths are small. Could use some updates- sheets don’t stay on the beds, needs a new blender, beach chairs. Miguel the property manager took care of a few things we needed. All in all, a great experience! Would love to go back!

3 king beds with own baths and pool access

Great home in a great location. Home was well equipped and having kayak and canoe to launch from right behind the house was great. Beautiful yard with lots of birds and wildlife. Enjoyed many days relaxing by the pool and spa and full wall sliding glass doors allowed for great indoor outdoor living.

Beautiful Pool Lanai in Quiet Privacy

Our second time at this home which is so private and peaceful to enjoy the pool and backyard and dock. Fortunately the lanai screens were repaired during our stay (had been damaged in the hurricane) in the fall. Some lawn work was also needed but Miguel, the personable onsite mgr, helped get it done. No canoes/kayaks due to hurricane but bikes were there and the house is a joy. It is bright with sun much of the day and hard to leave as pool area so magical. We only used master bedroom and bath but two other bedrooms for kids. Would be nice to have extra paper towels and toilet paper provided but more spices offered this year. Lots of goodvrestaurants and shopping nearby. Delnor Wiggins is still closed but hopefully will reopen soon for beachgoers. The owner is very kind and responsive too. We like this house alot and hope to return. Thanks Stephanie and Miguel too. Merry christmas! We are glad your beautiful house didnt have bad damage from the hurricane.
