Welcome to Our Coastal Retreat! Are you ready for a relaxing and charming vacation home! We know you are going to love it here and make some amazing memories to take home with you. Completely renovated to a high standard, everything is new, beautifully designed, and the comfort and needs of guests have been thoroughly thought out.
The space
Take in the cozy front porch, walk through the front door, kick off your shoes and switch to vacation mode! There is a calm, relaxing coastal vibe throughout. The layout flows from the living room, kitchen, and dining area, through to the bedrooms and directly out to the outside patio area, with comfy seating, a dining table, BBQ/Grill, and a large pool.

Our outside Lanai is completely screened and is ideal for relaxing with a book, coffee, or a cocktail, when you are not exploring the beaches and local area. There is an outdoor dining table, and the inner chef in you will love the gas BBQ/grill.

The spacious living room is comfortable and hospitable. There is a large smart TV with access to the popular streaming apps and cable channels. Put your feet up after a hard and long day at the beach and begin to unwind. You will also find a wide range of board games for hours of family fun and a basket filled with cozy pillows and throws to make your TV watching even that more enjoyable.

We want you to feel at home and have provided everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all major appliances and many smaller ones too, including a Nespresso for those coffee lovers! Don’t want coffee? We also have tea. The huge refrigerator/freezer has an ice maker, essential for a refreshing cocktail on those hot Florida days. The large dining table forms the hub of the house and can squeeze in up to 8 people.

The master bedroom is situated at the front of the house and has a king-sized bed, a closet and a dresser for your clothes storage, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a private access to the patio, as well as a smart TV, with cable channels, and most of the popular apps (remember to bring your app login details). For those of you that have to spend some time working, or catching up on schoolwork, there is an office desk, basic office supplies, and high-speed internet.

One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed, ample closet space and private access to the patio. The second guest bedroom has a unique bunk bed that sleeps up to 4 children. Both bedrooms share the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.

The beds are all brand new, with extra comfy mattresses, protective mattress covers, and new linens, pillows and covers (which are always laundered after each guest stay). There are spare pillows and blankets in each closet, and we provide bath, hand and face towels, as well as beach towels.

The garage has a washer and dryer with all of the needed essentials. This is also where you will find the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the little ones, a cooler, and a comfortable beach caddy to carry it all for those Florida beach days.

The home has keyless entry, via a keypad - you will be provided with a code 24-48 hours prior to arrival.

The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Guest access...
Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. There is parking space for 4 cars on the driveway.

We love those furry companions! However, this vacation home is pet-free.

Security cameras:
We do have security cameras at the side and front of the house. They do not cover the back or lanai. We value your privacy!
