“The property is in a great location. There is a beautiful flower garden including a horse to see, talk to and enjoy. The bathrooms are out of date. They have ceramic tile walls, floors, and bathroom walls. There is barely any room in the shower. The tap water wouldn't get warm, stayed cold. The windows need replacement. You can hear all the noise, wind, and feel it in the room. The mattress needs updated, it's not as comfortable, even with the small padding under the sheets. Each room...

“Was not able to get an itemized bill for submitting my company reimbursement. Was told he refused and I needed to get it from the booking company. I have gotten itemized bills from from desk on many occasions prior. The clerk was rude and argumentative.”
