“The Air Conditioning worked well. The parking lot was large providing ample parking. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Considering it was one of the least expensive hotels in the Toledo, Ohio area, this hotel passed most tests with flying colors. I stayed for a total of 7 nights. “Very clean, friendly staff, great location. Would definitely stay again.”

“I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone???”
