“Everything was great!”

“Booked this for our daughter and grandkids. Room smelled like stale smoke and musty. They were on the first floor away from the pool so it wasn’t because of the pool. The staff was very nice checking them in though.”

“Room was clean but heat/ac unit was noisy, water ran in the toilet continuously and the electronic door lock was problematic.”

“When we checked in, the key cards for the room were malfunctioning. We have to go back to the lobby twice to get new key cards that worked. Also, we thought breakfast was included, like before, but the front desk told us it wasn't. Because of the key card problem, they offered us breakfast coupons. Regarding the breakfast, the food was OK, but it was not totally self-served. We didn't see any beverages in the buffet. They kept the drinks in the kitchen. Drinks had to be ordered through a...

“Clean room and very nice staff!”

“Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty . Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again ”

“Red light on phone blinking constantly was a big distraction. Blower fan on the hvac ran constantly and very loud, we had it set on auto . There was no coffee maker in the room or a working clock or alarm clock. For a Wyndham facility seems pretty cheap.”

“The only notable downside is a very hohum breakfast offering. ”

“We stay three night and never got room fixed. I talked to frond desk third day and they said their house cleaning crew already left. ”

“The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely make the drive to come in the future. The only possible improvements I suggest would be flavored creamers for coffee in the morning and maybe fresh fruit in the basket you get for...
