“Nice hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast. The fitness center could use a bit of an upgrade as the treadmill worked but not all of the buttons were functional. This is a good hotel option for a short stay in the Bowling Green area.”

“I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone???”

“My stay was three days long and I never received a working room key, I had to get let in by the staff. They were nice and tried hard, but could not make it happen. The microwave didn’t work in the bare kitchen. The only breakfast that was left early in the morning was a couple dried up pieces of egg (which could not be microwaved) and nothing more. The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was so close to Toledo express Airport. Lesson learned.”

“Under construction with loud banging in the AM. Very humid in the room itself like the building wasn't being properly airconditioned. Im the room, there was a strange/moldy odor. Some of the staff were helpful, and let us switch rooms. The room cleaner found our tablet and made sure we got it back after switching rooms which was a life saver. One of the breakfast staff members was unprofessional and clearly just wanted to talk on her phone and was annoyed by the presence of guests. I get the...

“Was not like the description or pictures. Front desk check in was not pleasant. Room felt dirty and outdated. Furniture was rough and needs replaced. Needs major updates.”
