“I stayed for 2 nights and got there at 1:30 pm the room was ready and they charged me $50 to check in an hour early that’s crazy considering there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot. I have never been charged anything to check in to hotel after 1pm if the room is ready. I hope charging an extra $50 for 1 hour early is worth someone never staying there again, where has customer appreciation and customer service gone???”

“We only stayed one night. Was in town for my daughter’s graduation from Bowling Green State University. Bath linens were a little dingy and should probably be replaced. Overall nice place for what we needed ”

“The staff was amazing, I was happy to use their soaps and lotion, and breakfast was FANTASTIC. The bed was just so hard.”
