“Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this...

“Just what I needed a nice quiet time on the lake.
Although it rained that night, it was nice just looking out the slider.
Staff in incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I would highly recommend staying here, I know I will again.”
