Questo perfettamente pulito e ben mantenuto 5 camere da letto, 2 bagno completo casa ha tutto! Entrambi i bagni sono stati appena rinnovati, compresi i nuovi lavandini e le vanità con doppio lavabo, e una bella passeggiata sulla spiaggia piastrellata al primo piano e doccia / vasca piastrellata al 2 ° piano. A partire dall'estate 2018, tutti i nuovissimi letti confortevoli, mobili e cucina e vernice aggiornati. A piedi 200 yrds dalla spiaggia di Scarborough Stato e di vivere la vita! Vista sull'oceano da molte delle camere. Questa casa include lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno. Molti articoli da spiaggia sono forniti come sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, carrello da spiaggia, giocattoli, frigo e giochi. Il 1 ° zona giorno al piano ha un grande divano-letto che dorme 2, eleganti, mobili colorati per più posti a sedere, un grande televisore a schermo piatto, e un alto tavolo per posti a sedere da pranzo extra. Il cortile sul retro è molto privato, con un mazzo di mogano, una griglia, doccia esterna con acqua calda e tavoli e sedie da giardino. Aria centrale su 3 zone, cucina aperta a pranzo. Due camere da letto al primo piano e un bagno completo. Al secondo piano ci sono tre camere da letto, una delle quali ha una bella terrazza, un bagno completo e una zona salotto con TV al secondo piano e un divano letto per due persone. Il responsabile della proprietà può fornire materassi gonfiabili per dormire extra. Questa casa è a meno di un miglio dal rinomato ristorante e gelateria di Aunt Carrie e Iggy's Famous Doughboys and Chowder House. Il Block Island Ferry in Galilea è a soli 1, 5 miglia di distanza. Galilea ha molti popolari ristoranti, negozi, spiaggia Salty Brine Stato, che si trova presso la strada violazione dove è possibile sedersi e guardare tutte le barche da pesca, traghetti e imbarcazioni da diporto da cavalcare. A really beautiful property in a fabulous location! Great fenced-in yes for the kids and a very short walk to the beach (that is visible from the front of the house)! The amenities were the best I’ve ever seen at any VRBO I have ever stayed at (and that’s a fair amount)! The property manager was amazing and responded immediately to any questions. We had the best time!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, near beach, restaurants and stores. The property was spotless, roomy and very comfortable. And Robin was responsive and helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit!

June weekend

The perfect house for our bachelorette weekend! Spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach/drive to the BI ferry. The backyard is also nice and spacious. It also helped that Robin, the property manager, was very helpful/responsive. Would absolutely recommend in the future!

Great beach vacation!

Very comfortable house just a five minute walk to the end of Scarborough Beach which is much less crowded. Could walk home for lunch and naps with toddlers and go back to beach later. Fenced in yard was an extra bonus! Well stocked kitchen. Have stayed here two years in a row now.

Perfect Beach House!

We loved this house - it was a great location, a few minute walk to the beach. The house had absolutely everything you need for a beach trip - there is a beach shed full of chairs, toys, and other equipment, so you do not need to bring anything with you to enjoy your stay. The house was well stocked, decorated in a cute but not cheesy beach theme, and very comfortable in late July with the central air! We are already talking about rebooking this property for a family trip with the kids because it was so much fun, and a great value for the price!

Family weekend away

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. We are a family of five and we had my mother and nephew with us. Plenty of room here for all of us. The host Robin was very easy to communicate with regarding any questions I had. The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Beautiful location which was in walking distance to the beach. The host even provided beach towels and chairs with a cart to bring to the beach!! Just loved our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future at this lovely house.

Perfect location

Ten of us stayed in this immaculate home a 2 minute walk from the beach with plenty of room! We only stayed one night but wish we were there for the whole week. Robin was very accommodating as we arrived before check-in and were able to park our cars at the house and grab brunch and head to the beach. Meldgie’s diner is about a 10 minute walk from the house, delicious, and inexpensive! The house had everything we needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Would love to visit again when we can stay longer; so enjoyable! :)

Great location near beach

The house was great for our long weekend on the beach for my mom’s 80th birthday. We were able to walk to the beach, plenty of parking, the house was really clean and well stocked and roomy. A few minor issues like a ceiling fan and light fixture coming out of the ceiling slightly and as we were leaving the AC units not getting cool but we let the owner know about that. The owner was super responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. The fenced in backyard was perfect for hanging with the dog and kids when we were home and had a big dinner outside. She’d had plenty of beach equipment like wagons, beach toys and umbrellas. Overall a great rental.

Can’t miss staying here

This was our 2nd year at this house and once again it did not disappoint. Kitchen is well appointed, house is clean and comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Always a treat to stay here.

August Weekend

Came here for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. Slept a lot of people with plenty of room for air mattresses. SO close to the beach less than 5 minute walk. Backyard was big with room for beach chairs and games. Everything was clean and ready to go. Highly recommend a stay here!

Awesome Vacation Rental

Our family enjoyed this clean, fully stocked, and close to the beach property! Robin was very responsive to any questions that we had. There was room for all and fun in the fenced in back yard! Great House for a Weekend Getaway

I stayed here for a weekend with a group of girls for a bachelorette party. The house is perfectly located, a short walk to the quieter section of Scarborough Beach. It's the perfect spot if you are looking to be close to the beach! The house is spacious, and the backyard is great. The bedrooms were all clean, and beds and linens were comfortable. The bathrooms were also clean and renovated, all towels are provided. It's a beach house, so there's some minor TLC that could be needed and some amenities we felt were missing (no coffee filters, for example), but all in all we had a GREAT stay. Robin was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great house!

Just returned from a two night stay with friends at this house and we had an excellent experience. Robin was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our questions. House is adorable, well stocked, very tidy and spacious. Can’t beat the short walk to the beach. Excellent location! Hope to return in the future!

Amazing stay, despite a long weekend of non-stop rain

This property was the perfect home base for our long-awaited weekend away in Narragansett. Much spacier than the pictures look, this house is adorable and well stocked with the softest towels and linens and kitchen accessories. Though we couldn't use the yard due to the weather it was a good size and it was well-equipped for hanging outside. Nothing could beat the location--literally a 4 minute walk to the beach. It was completely accessible to the conveniences of grocery shopping, coffee runs and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I"d highly recommend. We've already looked to see if we can get back there this summer but lots of lucky ducks have already booked it. Enjoy and have fun!
