Cozy cottage overlooking a working historic farm, 2 miles from the beach

A beautiful family retreat for the summer! Have a morning cup of coffee on a private backyard watching a working farm, spend a day on the beach, have a lobster boil on your secluded deck and walk to enjoy a gorgeous sunset over Salt Pond (5 min walk). The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The cottage sleeps 4 privately (with plenty of room for a blow up mattress for additional quest). The host will supply adult beach passes to Narragansett town beach (Ranked #3 in “Top 50 Coastal Towns” in U.S). There is plenty of board games and books for your kids.

Pleasant weekend in Narragansett

My friends and I had the best weekend staying in Narragansett!! The communication with the host was great, the house was spacious and very clean. There was room for the 6 of us and more than enough clean linen was provided.

Relaxing and serene stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The cottage was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed seeing cows in the morning. We used the backyard for BBQs and meals. Tonia provided everything we needed. It was a great time!

Cozy stay

We had a great experience down in Narragansett. The house was clean and worked perfectly for our group. The beach was just a short trip away and the pies from the neighboring farm were delicious!

Great little house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and found the renter very hospitable. The space felt clean and exactly as advertised. The yard was private and enjoyable to spend time in. We really liked the location due to its proximity to the beach as well as its proximity to the docks to kayak and paddle board. Would recommend this house to others.

Owner should advertise streaming is required as they have no regular TV. Streaming only

Owner very accessible but the advertisement didn’t meet the actual. Had we not had a Netflix account we wouldn’t have been able to watch TV. Minimal utensils, toilet seat and shower handle broken. Owner should get a new cleaner as beds were not really made nicely and place kinda was dirty.

We got sick from mold in the A/C vents

Everyone in our group got really sick on this trip and we found black mold in the air conditioner. Super gross. Also, the host did not provide shower towels or tell us to bring our own!

Great for a quiet family weekend

We loved our stay! View from the yard is beautiful, streets are quiet and safe. We loved the outdoor space, deck and table for eating outside. To note for families with small kids: no bathtub, but kitchen sink is large and clean. And fencing in the back by the farm has some exposed barbed wire, so need to keep an eye on the little ones out there. But overall house is nice, just what we needed. Homeowner was quick to reply and was available if we needed anything. Thank you for a great trip!

Very nice little place.

We were family of five, three kids 3, 5 and 8 years old. The house has 2 bedrooms, one queen and 1 bunker bed with full on top, queen on the bottom. It was enough space for the 5 of us to stay. The owner provided clean, fresh linen upon arrival. It was little damp, perhaps do your cleaning little earlier. There was only one bathroom, but it is not big deal we all took turn to go, The shower door needs little TLC but it was very clean. The owner provided phone number and she replied my text right away which was awesome. She also dropped off some nice little toys for my kids to play when the weather was not looking good. We stayed on the Narragansett beach most of the time, it was beautiful there and the owner provided beach passes for it, it was about less than 10 minutes drive. We were also very close to the ferry as well. The room does have plenty of fans and air conditions as well. The kitch was fully equipment for you to make you our breakfast, lunch and or dinner. The house also has a smart tv which you can stream netflix on the raining day or have nothing else to do. The mattress on the bunker bed was little too soft, perhaps change to a firmer mattress. Overall, the place was just right place for us to relax after such exhausting year.

Quiet and Sweet

The cottage is really sweet and comfy. We really enjoyed the backyard and being able to watch the cows graze near the gate in the morning.
