Luxury Water View-Walk to Beach-Central Air 4 Bedroom-Newly Remodeled Sleeps 10

Water Views from every room, Central air, Chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, bedroom and bathroom on 1st floor. New construction completed June 2021. 1st floor bedroom (Bedroom #1) has Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, smart TV. 1st floor bath has double vanity with walk in shower, rain head, and wall jets. First floor laundry room with oversized washer and dryer. There also a covered patio outside off the kitchen sliding door that has a table and chairs with views of the ocean. Patio is covered and has lights and fan (ceiling is waterproof). Huge 2nd floor deck with patio furniture and amazing ocean views. 2nd floor living room with large sectional couch and smart TV, Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) has a Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and smart TV. Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) has Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and smart TV. Bathroom 2 (2nd Floor) has double vanity, walk-in shower with rain head and hand wand, with a separate large soaking tub for giving kids a bath or just relaxing. 3rd Floor has a second living room with a couch that turns into a Queen Sleeper, and Smart TV. 3rd Floor also has Bedroom (Bedroom 4) with Queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and smart TV. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Home comes fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, iron, games for kids. Linens and towels can be provided upon request via a service at an additional charge. 10 Beach Chairs and a cooler are provided with 2 kids boogie boards. Off street parking.

Very beautiful home with all the amenities one would need including a grill ,beach gear if needed etc . It was very comfortable and spacious .A gorgeous view of ocean from front porch and kitchen as well as the second story deck and 3rd floor. Close to many restaurants both casual and non .Hosts were available for any needs of which we did not have many. I contacted the laundry service to clarify check out process and they spoke highly of the hosts . We are very appreciative of the opportunity to stay at their wonderful home.I highly recommend their home for any vacation stay,you won’t regret it

RI beach get away

My family and I stayed for the week of the 4th of July. The house was perfect and had everything you needed for a week away! It was clean, up to date, had room for everyone and was lovely. The host was very responsive. It is located across the street from the beach and is an easy walk. Although the beach got very crowded. You are within close proximity of great restaurants and there was plenty to do! Highly recommend staying here for your next get away.

Fabulous week

We had a fabulous stay, despite the rainy weather. The house is in great updated condition with plenty of beach items for use. The location isn't perfect with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We were a family of 10 ranging from newborn to adults in their 70's. Enjoyed games on the porch, evening BBQs and outdoor shower after the beach. We hope to rent again next year!

Wonderful Week Steps Away from the Beach!!

We have stayed in both Narragansett properties owned by Mike and KC, and what makes them special is that they feel like homes. Both are bright, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in this home given the beautiful water views from the second floor as well as the proximity to the beach (about a 5 minute walk!!). Mike and KC have thought of everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Thank you, we will be back!!!

AMAAAAZING!!

The house is better than the pictures, the owners are so kind and very responsive (via text) to any questions. 1 block from the beach, open the windows at night and be lulled to sleep by the waves! Loads of beach gear too (chairs, wagon, coolers & umbrellas). Amongst the best experiences I’ve ever had! Bravo 29 Hills Parkway!!

Close to beach, great views, beautiful house

This property is in a wonderful location! Close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away to enjoy the surprisingly quiet neighborhood. The second floor deck was fantastic with a great view of the ocean and the large second floor living room couch accommodated quite a few people when we became sun weary. The decor was well done and the beds were extremely comfortable. Being from out of town, we also appreciated touches such as the several beach chairs and coolers that were provided for our use. The kitchen was only moderately stocked with cooking supplies, and some of the cabinets needed adjusting, but nothing that got in the way of cooking a few meals when we didn't order delivery of seafood from one of the many nearby restaurant like Iggy's. Overall, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation home across from the beach

This is a great home! The location across from Scarborough Beach is amazing - it's about a 3 minute walk to get on the beach and it is so easy to go back and forth for a break from the sun, lunch, or an evening dip. The house is very clean and well stocked. The outdoor deck space (two levels) is so comfortable and enjoyable. The spacious and private outdoor shower was a definite plus! Michael and KC were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing house and location

Pristine beach house rental with nice new construction. Everything is very well done and appliances / fixtures are all top notch. Two amazing outdoor spaces with great views. The hosts and their house provide the comforts of home while you’re on vacation which is critical with young kids!!

Prime Narraganset location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. There were 10 of us in all and the three floors of house were able to accommodate us without a problem. The house is clean, spacious, and with gorgeous views of Scarborough beach. I wish there was a little yard for the kids to run around. But the front patio is spacious enough to play some outdoor games, and 2nd floor deck were great places to spend the summer evenings. Kc and Mike were excellent hosts and always responsive when we had a question for them. I highly recommend staying here.

Great house, great location and great hosts!

We spent two weeks at this property, with guests ranging in age from 8 to 78 years. It's a fantastic home with everything you need for a terrific stay -- not to mention a very short walk to the beach! It's bright, clean and beautifully appointed. We loved the neighborhood and there is a ton to do. We couldn't have asked for anything more. It was the perfect home-base for our much needed vacation!!!
