Casa di 2200 piedi quadrati con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. La casa ha un concetto aperto per un ranch. Entrambi i bagni sono stati recentemente aggiornati. Metterò in una cucina e pavimenti nuovi di zecca prima dell'estate. La cucina sarà un concetto aperto e rimuoverò il muro tra la cucina e la sala da pranzo. La casa dispone di due camere familiari (una al piano superiore e una al piano inferiore). Il piano superiore è di 1278 piedi quadrati con 3 camere da letto, 1 bagno completo, cucina, camera familiare e sala da pranzo. La camera familiare è molto luminosa, ha due luci del cielo ed è aperta sulla cucina. Ci sarà un grande divano componibile e una TV in quella stanza. Il piano inferiore è completamente rifinito con una grande camera familiare, una lavatrice / asciugatrice, un bagno completo, 1 camera da letto, un grande armadio e un nuovo pavimento è stato appena installato. Bellissimo ponte di oltre 600 piedi quadrati realizzato con finiture in trex e pvc. La casa sarà arredata con mobili nuovi o aggiornati e avrà due grandi TV a schermo piatto per ogni camera familiare. Tutte le camere avranno un letto king o queen. Il fiume stretto dista solo 0,5 miglia a piedi e la spiaggia di Narragansett dista solo 3,5 miglia. Vi prego di contattarmi per qualsiasi domanda.

Perfect for our group

We recently enjoyed a long weekend in RI and this was the perfect rental for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. My sister has some mobility limitations so being able to stay on one floor once she got up the front steps was helpful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower and back deck! The welcome treats were very thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely rental experience.

Enjoyable time

Good, clean, pretty accessible to nearby attractions. I'd recommend some anti-slip strips for upstairs shower/tub & maybe some colored striping to leading edge of the top 2 steps @back entrance leading down to the deck. The uniformity of the grey strips of material of those steps & deck camouflaged the depth of the steps.

Perfect night away!

We had our friend reunion here and had planned to make a night out, but had an even better night in when we saw the place! The living room was spacious and comfy enough for 8 and everybody had a comfortable bedroom to retire to at the end of a perfect night. The kitchen was large and perfect for a larger group. So adorable and suited for a beach stay. Justin was helpful and went above and beyond for us. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect little get away

We stayed at the house for a weekend to enjoy my sons engagement to his new Fiancee. The home was immaculate and nicely located close to little coffee shops and convenience stores. Josh was extremely accommodating and very reactive to reach outs. Highly reccomend :)

US Senior Open

My team and I were in town for the US Senior Open at Newport Country Club. House was a perfect base just far enough from the maddening crowds. Early morning it only takes 25 mins to get downtown Newport. Outdoor shower was extensively used and everything you needed is supplied. Great kitchen and dual air conditioning makes every part of the house comfortable in the summer heat. Justin was really helpful and super responsive to anything we needed. Hope to stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoyed this property, the beds are very comfortable, the AC works great, and the patio is the perfect place to hang out. We walked to the Coastal Cabin for dinner and Brickley’s Ice Cream. We had a day at Narragansett Beach - it’s worth noting that the two beach passes included in the stay are PER person to get ONTO the beach, you must pay to park $15 and $12 a person to get on the beach. The house is stocked with beach chairs and the outdoor shower is great! Thank you Justin and Sarah for a great stay.

Great Beach House

This house was clean, beautiful, in a nice quiet neighborhood and great for a family. It was a quick ride to the beach and restaurants. Justin responded quickly to one question we had at arrival and everything was in great condition! We will definitely be going back!

Highly recommend this house

We loved this house! It was very comfortable, lots of places to socialize together as one big group and the backyard deck was perfect. If you have kids, this place is also great as it has cute little areas for them, and a fenced in yard! Highly recommend, this was a wonderful experience.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient

We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and would come back for a 4th in a heartbeat. The property is super clean, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shops, and Brickley’s ice cream. There is plenty of indoor spaces for friends and family to gather or spread out. If you like to run or walk in the morning, the neighborhood is perfect to do so. Justin is a great host, who is very communicative and helpful.

Funeral Stay

Justin was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early (no rental before us). House is clean and functional, plenty of room for all of us. Quite neighborhood and a friendly shorty cat comes around to say hello.

Amazing mini vacation!

I can’t say enough about the host who was so accommodating on short notice! We booked the property the day we were arriving as a spare of the moment get away for our Mom’s Birthday. He was so responsive and helpful in getting us in at the last minute. We arrived to a beautiful kept home with a welcome gift ! The property had everything we needed and was immaculate. The host did not skip on anything including 2 Beach passes . We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look into staying again

Family vacation success

We always go away for one week over the summer and try a new place. We may just have to go back to this one again! Justin made sure he answered all questions prior to our arrival and had information that would help us make the best of our week. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. Great family house

Wonderful house for a family, especially with younger kids, plenty of space to spread out, finished basement, a lovely deck to enjoy outside time and a yard to play in. Super clean, updated and well-stocked with everything you need. Quiet, pleasant neighborhood in a convenient location to grocery stores and a great ice cream place! Hosts were very responsive and helpful with information you would need for a fun vacation :)

Best last minute booking ever!

Our family was on a last minute getaway and needed accommodations for a couple nights in July. We are so grateful to have found/booked this house. It was spacious, great layout, showed pride of ownership in spades, and was pristinely clean! Bedrooms were all very comfortable. We ate most meals on the fantastic back patio dining set. We enjoyed a movie night in each of the two living rooms. We honestly felt like we were living in a show home for a couple days. Finding something to critique would be really tough - the best I could do is to say it’s in a serene residential neighborhood, 7min drive from a fantastic beach? Perfect for our wants and needs! Would we stay here again? Absolutely without hesitation (and without searching for alternatives)!
