Goditi tutto ciò che Narragansett ha da offrire nella nostra spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia moderna con piano piano aperto nel tranquillo quartiere di Sunset Shores. Ti senti come se fossi all'oceano con vista sull'acqua del laghetto salato, della Galilea e dell'Oceano Atlantico, nonché una breve passeggiata (100 yds) al laghetto salato. La vicinanza allo stagno salato è un sogno per i kayakisti. Le spiagge sono vicine con le scelte di Scarborough, Roger M Wheeler o Narragansett Town Beach in pochi minuti.

La nostra casa su tre livelli con piano piano aperto offre tre camere da letto (2 con bagno privato) e tre bagni e servizi come aria condizionata centralizzata, doccia esterna, grande ponte con grill e tenda da sole elettrica con vista sull'acqua, lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV via cavo e Wifi. La planimetria è:
Livello 3, master BR ensuite con balcone privato con vista sull'acqua
Livello 3, seconda camera da letto con 2 letti a castello con bagno privato
Livello 2, piano piano aperto con cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo e bagno completo
Livello 1, terza camera da letto con la regina

L'intera casa è stata ridecorata. Nuovi materassi per tutte le stanze, nuovi piccoli elettrodomestici da cucina, ecc

Great coastal getaway

The house was clean, modern, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The owners were very nice and timely with their communication. We had a great time and would recommend this rental!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had a great open floor plan so we all felt together all the time. Great deck with awning and nice furniture. Kitchen was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again.

We had another great stay ( second time). The house is well appointed and has a great layout with an open layout. The deck is spacious and well appointed with grill, table, Adirondack chairs and awning. We would definitely consider coming back.

Beautiful stay

We chose this property for my bachelorette weekend - all girls were around 30 years old, so not party animals at this point. This place was perfect for us- lovely neighborhood, so quiet, people are so friendly. The house was clean and fit 7 girls. We had a great time

Could not be happier about our stay. The house was clean and neat and updated. Roomy and open layout. It’s also a very quiet neighborhood. There was an issue with a valve with the outdoor shower. I reached out to Nicole to inform her about it a she had a plumber there in under 48 hrs! (Try getting a plumber to respond that fast!)I would definitely book again!!

Great Stay

We spent the past week in Narragansett and really enjoyed our stay. Nicole is a fantastic host. The property was ready early and the communication was stellar. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is close to everything, but remains quiet and calm. The house is very well stocked. If I had one recommendation it would be to get a Keurig for the kitchen. We will definitely rent again when we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Rhode Island home! The location is ideal—close to multiple gorgeous beaches yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house has everything you could ask for, with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay relaxing, easy, and comfortable.The kitchen is fantastic, and we loved the spacious deck, especially with the gas grill for evening dinners. The views of the salt pond are stunning, particularly at sunset. It was so easy to enjoy day trips to Newport and Block Island, and there are excellent food options nearby. Dan and Nicole’s suggestions and guidance truly helped make this one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had.The central AC was a huge plus, though most days we enjoyed the cool sea breeze through the open windows. Bringing our own towels and linens turned out to be no inconvenience at all—especially since the house is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella, coolers, and even two kayaks, saving space in our car.A wonderful home in a perfect location—we can’t recommend it highly enough for families looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

Just beautiful!

We stayed 3 nights for URI graduation weekend. This home was very clean and very well appointed. Bright, open layout. It was the first VRBO we stayed in that wasn’t missing anything. Everything we needed was provided. They even had brand new life jackets that 2 of us used while kayaking (also provided). Beautiful views, nice and quiet neighborhood. Nice sized deck with great furniture and a grill. Thank you.

Very Accommodating Accommodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Plenty of room for our family of six. Nice open floor plan of the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Central A/C was a welcome relief during our hot weather week. Large, beautiful deck with views of the bay, including gorgeous sunsets. Quiet neighborhood. A couple of minor hiccups were immediately handled by the owners. The basic necessities were provided in the kitchen which was so helpful when we first arrived. We took advantage of their kayaks with a quick and easy walk down to the bay. They generously supply some beach chairs and beach umbrellas. You have to bring your own linens and towels but this was not an inconvenience for us. There are linen supply companies nearby if needed. The location suited us perfectly as it is close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Only a half hour or so to Newport for a day trip. We had a wonderful time during our vacation here and recommend it to others.

Exceptional Host.. Exceptional property. It is very nice and clean.. jas everything you need.. We've stayed there for 4 weeks and I don’t mind extending it 4 more.. It is in a quiet location and close to everything you need.. Can fit 8 people easily and has 2 master bedrooms. Yes, i recommend the property without any reservation to my friends.
