"Dirty and smelt like damp the photos are misleading as more rooms are in brick housing aside from the main manor. No one at reception was waiting for 15 mins to be served. The walk from the hotel and the gym is filled with mould and flys and the lockers don’t work. The WiFi is crap and water pressure ..."

"The main problem was that the hotel was described as pet friendly. It was not. Although we paid £20 per night for our dog no facilities were provided and we were excluded from all of the hotel and had to take breakfast separately so that the dog was not left alone in our room.
