We had an issue with checking in due to the huge storm that shut down the Boston airport. The management was super unhelpful, and did not try to help out in anyway. Usually in extraordinary situations, people try to find solutions, these people were terrible. All they said was "you booked through Expedia call them", They acted like it was a problem that I booked through Expedia. Is there a war between Expedia and Marriott? I always book through Expedia, nothing personal it's easy. Really unfriendly people and I would not recommend staying here.
