“Didn’t really see the staff, there was only one person at the desk checking ppl in and answering the phone, the hotel smelled like marijuana, the door to the hotel was never locked people could walk in and out. It was a lot going on too much to type ”

“When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible.”

“It is nice clean and safe. Staff was kind and helpful. Convenient to the mall and plenty of food and shopping. Very busy area. You can walk to the mall and several restaurants near the property. ”
