Gated Home close to Downtown Nashville and airport

Welcome to 'The Grand Duke'. This gated townhome community named ‘The Duke’ is just minutes from Downtown Nashville! It’s a spacious 2 bedroom, end unit property featuring a stunning kitchen and island equipped with all the cooking utensils and appliances you could need. The kitchen is open to the living area allowing for a great entertainment space for your group.
On the 2nd and 3rd floors you will find 2 spacious en-suite bedrooms & bathrooms plus a laundry room. There is also a great balcony to sit out and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
If you decide to grill out, then we have supplied a grill on the front porch that you may use during your stay and don’t forget that parking and the building itself is all within a gated community.
The master suite contains 2 comfortable queen beds and the secondary bedroom features 2 wonderful full sized beds, all fully adorned with fresh linens & comforters provided for each stay.

One of the beauties of this property is it’s convenient location to all of Nashville’s surrounding attractions.

Step inside to a warm and inviting living room with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. A few steps away, you’ll find the kitchen with modern appliances and a large island with plenty of space to prep your meals and hang out. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, with two queen sized beds, a large bathroom with a dual sink, and a walk-in closet. Up the stairs just a little further you’ll find a secondary bedroom featuring a smart TV, two additional full beds, a walk-in closet & another full bathroom. Just around the corner is a full sized balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy your morning, afternoon and evenings outside. Don't forget that you can grill on the front porch if you desire too! Arrived to a dirty house and promised a cleaning fee refund that never came

Overall, the property is really beautiful. When we arrived for our stay the home had not been cleaned. The floors were filthy, beds were stripped with dirty sheets on top, water bottles and food needed to be taken to the bin. We called and the hosts sent a cleaning crew immediately and offered to refund our cleaning fee. As much as it was an inconvenience to be in the space with the cleaning crew for the first few hours of our stay, we appreciated the offer to refund the fee. However, after returning home the owners never refunded the cleaning fee. After following up several times, we've not heard back and can only assume that they will not be refunding the fee as promised. Because of the poor communication after the trip and false promises, I'd be hesitant to book here again.
